We were expecting a lot better from this place. Unfortunately, my wife and I needed Wi-Fi during our time at the hotel in order to work but the hotel didn’t have Wi-fi from 6:15PM until about 9:00AM the next morning. It really wasted our time and they were willing to help anytime after 6PM when the staff goes home for the night. Also, the room was extremely hot as stuffy. They say they have air conditioning but our room didn’t work well. We just had to go without sheets all night because there were mosquitos if we left the windows open. Finally, the water pressure in the shower was low both days AND they didn’t give us a parking spot even though hey said they would. The garden area is unkept and filled with ****s too. Not the worst place ever, but it could be so much better if they tried more!

Our original hotel canceled our reservation and recommended this hotel. What a mistake. We canceled this hotel then rebooked something much better in the parking lot. It’s a good 45 minute drive to the Old Town in San Sebastián. We do have to take some of the blame by not fully researching this property, we ended up at Hotel Abba. Great hotel in an excellent location.

Muy agradable. Estuvimos en un estudio con terraza y había unas preciosas vistas al bosque, que por cierto es mucho más grande de lo que parece a primera vista y con unos árboles muy frondosos, un paseo obligatorio si os alojas allí. Por lo que respecta al estudio, estaba bien equipado y lo pasaban a limpiar cada dos días. Desde allí se llega en 15 minutos en coche San Sebastián, pero también se puede ir en bus. La parada está justo al lado de Numad Studios, vale menos de dos euros el viaje y hay que baj**** en la última parada, y estás justo en el centro de la ciudad. Los empleados muy agradables y el desayuno muy completo.

Hotel room was very clean. High quality sheets, nice and quiet and room kept at a good and constant temperature. The hotel is quite new and it feels it. We stayed for 4 nights and spent our whole time in town, so we used this a base only and it was perfect. Swimming pools isn’t open until summer. Bar closes at midnight sharp. Airport transfer from Bilbao is about an hour. To get to town it’s a 6-7 minute uphill stroll then a 20-25 minute downhill walk, with many steps included. So if you aren’t mobile, you’ll spend money on buses or taxis.

Excellent hotel! Very large room for 3 of us. Shower was amazing along with the large bathroom layout. Breakfast was just perfect and staff are lovely. The hotel location was very good a 15/ 20 min stroll to the old town. The exterior of the hotel is underwhelming but once inside it is spacious and immaculately clean. Would definitely come back.
