Nice neighborhood, well-maintained, comfortable, convenient, clean, delicious breakfast, plenty of hot water, good a/c, firm but comfortable queen-size bed, mini-fridge in room

Great little property , hot water , breakfast included,aircon your own bathroom/ shower , comfortable bed .It’s in a residential area near the University, most places like city centre , Metro mall ,and Occidente bus terminal all within a hours walk and have never felt unsafe doings so . Great little park a few blocks away for a portal into the social life if you like to people watch . This is a third world country so keep that in mind . Have extended my stay here as I’m enjoying my city fix , there are 2 separate building in which one can stay ,i stayed in the one with the * micro pool* . I would definitely stay again to escape the cold of Canada .Kevin
