阿雷納爾城堡(Chateau Arenal)

Excelente ubicación, buena comida y del personal del bar y de la cocina. Falta mejor información de los tour, no pudimos hacer el paseo en bote por el clima y pretendían cobrarnos la.mitad del costo.

La chambre était assez grande mais la sdb plutôt minuscule. Confort correct mais la chambre et la sdb manquent cruellement de crochets ou de surfaces pour ranger les vêtements. La vue magnifique sur le volcan fait tout pardonner... Le restaurant est cher pour ce qu'il offre. Et le petit-déjeuner pas génial. Sinon accueil sympa.

En general muuuy bien , demasiado bella la vista, el personal muy amable, Lo único es que no tiene aire acondicionado y el abanico ni se siente , lo demás genial

Sejour excellent Incroyable vue sur le volcan que ce soit dans le bungalow ou le restaurant Endroit calme, dépaysant et personnel serviable et accueillant. Très bon petit déjeuner et varié. Le restaurant soda en bas de l'hôtel est aussi delicieux

Le service etait excellent de l'arrivée au départ. La personne qui nous a accueillie a demandé des commentaires constructifs pour ameliorer le sejour . Il y a des petits trucs que lhotel peut ameliorer: -tapis sortie de douche - avoir un champoing, savon et conditionneur et lait de corps - refaire la traduction du message sur la porte interde la salle de bain car la traduction anglaise et francaises ne sont pas exactes - avour de meilleures oreillers et pmus d'oreillers - avoir de plus beaux couvre lit J'esperes que cela aidera. Merci infiniment. Cetait très agréable

Es un hotel muy sencillo, solo para llegar a dormir, pero tiene una buena tarifa para eso; la atención de su personal es excelente así como el desayuno. La limpieza de las habitaciones podría mejorar.

Un lugar hermoso vista al Volcan Arenal. El servicio de todos es Excepsional En especial Adrían. Gente Muy amable

No air conditioner

Chateau Arenal is a great little ***** of modest bungalows allowing a view of the volcano and the main ***** of El Castillo below. These aren't luxury accommodations, but the staff are attentive, friendly and kind (like seemingly everyone in Costa Rica). Breakfast was tasty and if the materials are available, they'll cook anything for you. We especially enjoyed being able to walk down through El Castillo to tiendas and "sodas" to feel the town. You're on a slope, so expect to burn some calories. One of the most annoying things is the whine of noisy motorcycles in the area, but that's simply Costa Rica. Parts of the hotel are closer to the road than others. Expect occasional windy conditions, because the hotel is on a ridge. We generally felt secure, but you'll have to choose between closing your window at night and running the AC or leaving it open. The bathroom was dark, making things like putting in contact lenses challenging. We recommend walking up and down the hill and trying different eateries. We especially enjoyed a day at the Arenal Observatory Lodge and Trails (only 18 minutes away). Well worth the $18 per person (at the time of this review). Special thanks to Richard, Sophia and Julia.
