沙洲海濱旅舍及餐廳(Sandbar Beachfront Hostel & Restaurant)

As a local I wouldn't recommend this place not a fan of writing reviews but the food isn't consistent . Each time the same food we order is different sometimes it's good others times it's terrible. Due to the lack of keeping the same good employees who make them a well known place and helps them gain customer's . The customer service to its locals is horrible , The front desk (a white woman who is overweighted) asked us to leave the pool side (sitting down not in the pool, we just came from the beach so we didn't want to sit at the front where people were dining) this isn't a fancy place either way ...., I don't know if she knew we were waiting for our order by the pool side . this is a hostel I don't think they cared if we were there sitting down, (enjoying a conversation quietly ) this was never a problem before till today ..... as some one who always orders from this place it caught me off guard and we felt unwelcome and we just left and made someone pick it up for us ... and will let others know about this..

Recently stayed in one of the private "Reef Shark" rooms. The room was very comfortable and clean. Bed was fine. Bathroom clean and functional. Best part was the balcony with chair and hammock! Loved spending time there and watching life out front. There is noise from the restaurant/bar. I feel like I am pretty sensitive and was not bothered at all. Music turned down by 11 PM, restaurant closed at 12. With my AC on it noise was minimal. And the AC worked great as did ceiling an. The room is small and would be tight for more than one person. The staff were friendly and helpful and the food and drinks excellent. My only criticism is that the chairs on the dock out front were mostly broken. Please get some comfortable loungers and add a bit more shade! The little pool was a great asset for cooling off mid-day.

This place was horrible. I wish I had a warning the bar and restaurant made noise and kept me awake till 3:30 in the morning then at 4:30 AM people start getting up and making noise and you can hear the alarms going off on all the doorhandles soundproofing horrible.

Our booking, registration and reception was all very easy, friendly and efficient. This was my 3rd stay there and I was treated very well . My accommodations in the 2 bedroom apt. were above expectations. It was our friends 1st visit to Belize and they were astounded by they location and comfort of my selection of hotels. A very good experience all in all.

I wish I found the Sanbar sooner, I probably would have stayed here my whole 7 nights in Belize. It's on the sand, facing the beach, walking distance from the water taxi drop off. There's a kitchen for residents, the pool was beautiful at night, hammocks. It shares a pathway with the DriftInn that has the hot tub.

Amazing service, family friendly....our waiter Kevin was very helpful, patient and kind....bartender Jaime, on point with the drinks, the manager walks around greeting everyone table by table checking up if all is OK, she even helps to serve tables....all in all a very clean n welcoming ambiance....the pizza is to die for its a must as well as the wings...one of our fav places

Wonderful hostel with a lovely bar and restaurant. Good pool, kitchen area along with hammocks and comfy sofas. Would highly recommend any of the reef shark rooms. The staff are fabulous and went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay.

10/10 the food and staff was amazing! Everyone was wonderful down to helping us book a golf cart to supplying us with games and ice for our water. We did have a premium private room with balcony . Hammock out the front to watch sunrise. Loved the location, close to everything! I honestly can’t say 1 bad thing about this place and even if you don’t stay here you have to eat here. Amazing pizza! Best Greek salad! Chicken fried rice was big enough for 2 meals! I absolutely loved this place!!!
