Súper bien! La cena fue deliciosa! Nos sorprendió. Rico y vasto. El desayuno lo cobran en 11 usd aprox. Y el frío en 8 usd. Pedimos el caliente pero nada bueno. Si van por la barra de jugo y pan con mermeladas ok, pero el caliente no está nada bueno. Me quedaría de nuevo ahí. Me gusto mucho! Muy limpio y bien

When we went to check in there was no one at the front desk, we waited over thirty minutes until someone came and it looked like she was busy being on her phone and then when we checked out she was busy coloring! And then to top it off my car was broken into and then when we went to the front desk if they can do anything she didn’t care she only said “I’m sorry”

Breakfast buffet was pretty bad to not be included with the room. Bathroom door was dirty. Overall, decent stay. Wasn't bad, wasn't great.

Got to the property at 1:30 before official check in time. The parking lot was empty with only 2 cars, went inside and the lobby was completely vacant. I asked if we could check in a room to prepare for a wedding that we attending later that afternoon. Was told there is no room available yet and has to come back later in 30 minutes. We waited in the lobby and checked again after 30 minutes. Was told again the room has not been cleaned. I asked is it possible that with all the rooms and apparently hardly any guest there, there is not a single room that had been cleaned. Was told we were asigned a particular room since we booked thru Travelocity. And knowing that we had been waiting for 30 minutes, it didbn't occur to them that they could clean my room first. The staff replied that they have to follow a list. Simply put, the staff just don't care. I would expect that kind of customer service at a budget motel, but not at a Hilton Garden Inn. No professionism and customer care. Asked if there is a manager on duty and was told no manager until the next day, when I checked out the next morning, no one at the front desk, had to go over to the restaurant area to try to find someone. Finally, just left our key cards and leave. It is the worst hotel that I ever been to in the world. Never a Hilton again.

My daughter and I were supposed to stay in Austin but 10 minutes after we checked in to that property someone tried to enter our room wothout knocking then a man kept peering in our window we were so scared. Thankfully we got a room in San Marcus althought it was a very late arrival the hotel was so clean and the front host was so nice i wush we would have had a longer time to enjoy it. She had a college tour the next day so we had to leave fairly early but we did get to enjoy the very good breakfast. Next time we have to go to Austin we will definitely make the drive to San Marcus just to be safe.

Upon arriving at the hotel at approximately 4:00pm to check in, they were unable to provide me a room key because the manager had left and locked the keys in safe. After waiting for over 2 hours, I was finally able to check in around 6:00 pm. I attempted to check in using the digital key access, but again they were unable to accommodate because the manager was not able to approve. Once the manager finally arrived, they began to provide excuses for why he left and locked the room keys in the safe because he is the only one working. Please provide some customer service training to the staff. A paying customer does not need an excuse for why a mistake was made, not to mention the girl at the front desk was able to even suggest using the keyless entry by downloading the app. Just inefficient and unprofessional experience.
