皇家橡樹貝斯特韋斯特優質飯店(Best Western Plus Royal Oak Hotel)

Excellent location for travelers flying in and out of SBP airport. Rooms are clean and spacious and the 24hr reception is a plus for those red eye flights. There is a supermarket across the road (Ralph’s) for last minute purchases.

Trip dot.com vertical card was denied so I was charged and when I called the hotel and I asked why they said they would call trip.com and ask about it. I asked if I would get a call back and was told “NO, I HAVE OTHER THINGS TO DO.” VERY RUDE!!!!!!!

There’s nothing nice about the property and they’re under construction, so if you’d like to wake up to people, pounding and using machinery at 7 AM. No dining, except for a horrible free breakfast. The worst part was the people at the front desk. There is a girl that I checked on my first night. She couldn’t be more rude. They are lazy they will not go out of your way for you, and they are not nice. The maintenance man in the house cleaners are as kind as can be. They were the best thing about my stay and Louise believe it was, Brandon couldn’t have been more helpful!

Barely enough staff, so checkin took 25 minutes. Not enough breakfast food. TV did not have volume. Shower was broken. The area was loud and packed with retail chains. We would not choose this hotel again.

The hotel was convenient for the event we were attending and it was clean. The front desk staff were friendly and nice. The rooms were somewhat worn- corners of furniture worn, carpet very worn. What I hated was that the beds were not comfortable at all so I got very little sleep, and the water pressure in the shower was ridiculously low so it took me over 30 minutes to wet, wash, rinse, condition, and rinse my hair. I even tried to turn on the bath instead so I could stick my head under the water but the bath faucet did not work. I was alomost late for my work event bc I was stuck in the so-called shower. I am not happy about my $375/night one-star hotel experience.

We had 2 technicians scheduled to stay to work on a job for the company (Key Mechanical) and they only allowed 1 technician to stay, due to the other technician had no credit card to apply, even though the company had already given their information to stay. Mathew/Andrew front desk worker was extremely rude and used foul language to both myself (Amanda Encinas) and the technician (Tim Ramos) so he left & we were suppose to not be charged for his (Tim) room, but it looks like we were still charged and have not seen a credit come through and also the rewards were suppose to be put back and that has not happened. So as far as the Hotel it was very nice according to our technicians, but the customer service was horrible and the front desk work should be talked to regarding his mouth and attitude does not show a good representation to the Hotel. Thank you

They cancelled our room without telling me! I arrived at 8 pm after a 4 hour drive, to the front desk telling me that the manager made a decision to cancel my room. They did not contact me , but said they tried to call, which was a lie! I was pay on arrival like I always do. They said “ Oh well sorry” you can call my manager who will be here next week. So unprofessional, rude, and careless. I have never been treated so poorly by a hotel. So beware if you book here , they are truly sketchy and will give away your room for NO reason. The hotel is nothing special and the pricing is actually better at hotels near by which are higher rated. Also there are an abundance of homeless people wandering in the parking lot and sleeping on the near by sidewalks. That was sad and unfortunate. I do not recommend this hotel after the poor trea**ent our family got!

We booked a king, but received a queen instead, which didn’t fit our family of course. They brought in a rollaway free of charge, but a king and a rollaway is ideal for our family. At night, after we came back from dinner, the bathroom was stuck. We called that in but they said they couldn’t help us since there’s no one available. They offered a plunger that we had to go downstairs to get. Overall, I felt it was a very unsatisfactory stay. Not only did we not get the bed configuration, we had to be the plumber too. I don’t recommend this place based on my experience. Travelocity was not much of a help either.
