舊金山灣碼頭旅館(The Marina Inn on San Francisco Bay)

Good location and view Right in the middle of my needs Good Breakfast!

我現在在這裡住過幾次，說實話，我從來沒有遇到過任何問題。前台很熱情，非常樂於助人。我不記得女孩的名字了，但她很年輕，而且很漂亮，她在幫我辦理退房手續後對我很有耐心，然後又幫我辦理了入住手續。存款花了一些錢才再次打入我的賬戶，但她願意並準備好為我解決問題。我確實希望這家酒店有一些培根香腸和雞蛋早餐。

The room is nice and love the bathroom. The only thing I don’t like is the side door were kept open most of the time and there’s a constant strong **** smell by the same hall way.

Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Will stay here again and highly recommend.

MAKE SURE YOU CONFIRM WHICH AIRPORT!!! When I'm relying on the hotel airport shuttle, i don't just assume shuttle will work the way I need to when I'm traveling. I say this because when i found this hotel, before booking it, I contacted the hotel to ask questions and had a whole conversation on how to access the shuttle, times it availability, etc. Apparently, I did not ask the most obvious question... WHICH AIRPORT? I flew into the San Francisco International and there is another airport, Oakland International, less than an hour from the one I flew into. I find this out after I land, at 10 PM, and you guessed it.. the hotel said too sad, too bad. ******* contacted on my behalf, as well, and got a no on refund. Now, I'm willing to admit that I should have looked for carefully. However, it has the feeling of bait and switch and I'm highly doubtful that this hasn't happened to someone else. I'm not from San Franscisco and did not know there were two large airports so close to each other. Again, I get it... not their job to give me a geography lesson. BUT...I had a long conversation with A PERSON at the hotel before reserving the room and the best perspective I can give is that someone who answers the phone at the hotel and talks about the shuttle doesn't give a crap... and that is best case scenario. *sigh* At 10 PM, after flight from Florida and learning I was SOL, I was booked The Atrium Hotel...and you can see the price of my loss.

I checked in, left to go to dinner, checked all locks in room and left. While I was at dinner, my hotel room was broken into and all my luggage stolen. Only my hotel room...will.nevervstsy here again and advise everyone not to as well.
