Nagelneu, modern, sehr gutes großes Bett, elektronischer Checkin, Ansprechpartner verfügbar. Sehr ruhig, Parkplätze vor der Tür! Wir sind sogar nochmal hin vor unserem Rückflug! Sehr empfehlenswert!

Walking distance to the Centro de Belas Artes concert center, the Museo de Art of PR, and the Museo de Arte Contemporaneo, the hotel is located in a safe area with a wide range of restaurants and shops. Rooms are simple, compact, clean and modern. Parking may be found on side streets or paid for separately. Staff was friendly and helpful.

It was very clean and appeared to be new it was very easy to uber wherever we wished and close to a great restaurant....Abracadabra and a nice food truck park...lote 23 very basic but considering the other places I had stayed in San Juan in previous visits the Looking glass was very nice!

My husband and I stayed with our son, and having a separate room was really nice. The hotel had easy check-in and checkout. There is a great breakfast place right underneath the hotel, which was very convenient since we were flying out that day. There’s also an amazing food truck park a five minute walk with lots of great food and beer. The people there were really nice. Highly recommend.

Property is a very nice upgraded historic building in an urban neighborhood that appears to be going through a renewal. Lots of historic buildings in disrepair and construction underway....which is why I gave 3 stars ( average). This is not a walkable tourist spot, but close enough for driving and there appears to be a robust bus system. Parking and driving are what you'd expect for a large city.

Stayed overnight for a cruise the next day. Urban, modern design. Clean. Friendly, helpful staff. Area is walkable to several excellent cafes, restaurants and a food truck park offering very good food. Museum of the arts is also in walking distance. On a main road. Centrally located to everything else. Would stay again.

Great boutique hotel, greeted immediately upon arrival with a great restaurant recommendation ( La Pizzeria). Bed linens were fabulous- would stay here again

This place was a great option especially for the price. There are a lot of places that are much more expensive and are poorly kept. We loved the style of the place, and they are still working on construction to improve certain areas, which was great to see. The location is not too bad as you can walk to places but not as convenient for tourists as other areas like Condado or old town but easy for Ubering & close to airport. If you're just looking for a good place to sleep, this is definitely a great option & you're supporting local. However, if you're looking for a more upgraded hotel with things like a hair dryer, fridge/microwave, toothpaste, closet, etc., this might not be the place for you but this could change in the future as the place builds out more. Overall, it was perfect for what we needed :)
