聖何塞市中心福朋喜來登飯店(Four Points by Sheraton San Jose Downtown)

Super nice, clean, friendly place. Lots of places to eat, and things to do. Was downtown. Everyone we came in contact with was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely go back.

One of the worst hotel. It is located in the downtown San Jose. But the lobby door is not connected to parking lot. The worst part was their charging system. I stayed there for two night and they charged three times without any explanation so i had to figure out what they charged for. It’s old building and room condition was bad. In the room i could smell something bad (i guess bad smell was from the ac and heater) and the chair had the worst smell. I put my clothes on the chair and i couldnt wear it before i cleaned them.

I'm not sure what hotel other guests were staying in. I travel for work regularly, and this is not a hotel that is up to the standard for Sheraton. The air felt very stale, no screens on the window that had to be popped open to get fresh air. The room was clean and comfortable, but there was a musty odor in the hotel that they tried to cover up by some musky-scented spray. Ugh! They need to do a good cleaning and the rooms were last renovated probably 20 years ago, or more. There are much better hotels in the area, from talking with other convention-goers. Location was fine, but if you're bothered by the constant 'ding-ding' of the city's rail train, pick a hotel that doesn't have a room that reverberates that sound. oh, one more thing that broke the camel's back.... the treadmill in the tiny fitness facility has a worn-out belt, that is fixed with gorilla tape! Really?! How hard is it to get a new belt people? The owners are not investing in success of this hotel.

I did not like my room was the only room with a window unit,I had no radio/clock Cable suck,had to 39 dollars to park and your a quest,no wknd breakfast,you was told when you get there,it not mention on the website,if I knew that,would stay,for what they charge

There was a band in the bar/restaurant downstairs the music was loud the attendees were loud. Family members on a lower floor were kept awake from 2-4 am with people fighting in the hall. They also had an issue with a whistling coming from under their door and were told maintenance wasn’t available. We will not be staying here again.

I liked that it was close to the convention center. I didn’t like their restaurant hours. However the food was good. The hours were really nonconventional. I returned to the hotel for lunch and they didn’t open til 3. They had a couple snack machines that only took Visa cards and you had to spend $10 at a time. The room was clean and good enough for what I needed.
