front desk staff helped me. they were great. i was not able to get their names

The location of this hotel is very convenient. Very close to Chinatown and Downtown. The room I had was a single bedroom, very good and clean for a solo traveller. The bed I had was a bit noisy with every movement I did but nothing major. The restrooms and showers were regularly being cleaned 👌

Overall good experience. Staff were friendly and it felt safe as a single traveler. The lounge area is a nice place to relax or eat a quick meal, but would be better if the TV worked. I appreciated that coffee and tea were provided, along with bath products in the shower areas. Only main downside is the street noise, so definitely bring earplugs.

Nice smsll hotel extremely centrally located to union square. Good value for money in central sf. Newly renovated, safe, clean, nice douves and free coffe and good wifi

Good place for a short stay. The location is very convenient to travel to almost every famous spot, the facility is new and good enough for normal use. The shared bathroom and restroom are kept clean so no worries about that

Foi incrível a estadia. The Urban é super bem localizado, próximo aos principais pontos turísticos, com opções de alimentação perto. O atendimento é ótimo, Patty foi super atenciosa e cordial no tratamento e nas informações.

You just have to go into this knowing what you’re getting. As a solo traveler with minimal needs, it met my needs at a comparably reasonable price. I had some apprehension about sharing bathroom/shower facilities but it worked out fine. The location is great - you’re in the middle of everything. I’m a deep sleeper so it didn’t bother me, but if you’re a light sleeper, you may struggle with the window open and facing the street. All in all, my needs were met and I appreciated having a relatively affordable option in downtown San Francisco.
