The location is very convenient, close to SDSU, and plenty of great restaurants close by. The service is great and the room is spacious, we enjoyed our stay here.

Breakfast was good except only protein was boiled eggs. Good location near freeway, Ralph's grocery, Corbin's Q (good BBQ and decent brewpub), Daily Grind and DZ Akins. Dryers in laundry actually dried well and not too hot. They do not sell quarters so you must bring your own -- I got mine at the Wells Fargo a couple blocks away ($1.50 wash/dry). Friendly and helpful staff. Wifi spotty -- much better after I called tech support, but still only 95% reliable.

I prepaid and it was Christmas and I needed a room with an oven. That is a rare thing these days. The room I got was significantly smaller than what was shown online and way overpriced for what it turned out to be. It has a small kitchen, but the oven worked and our turkey fit. It came with an average of 3 place settings and some random cooking utensils and pans. I cooked a Christmas dinner and it turned out pretty good. It probably would have been easier had we been camping. Sarah (I think was her name) at the front desk was fantastic! She is genuinely friendly and helpful.. Unfortunately, the problems we had were out of her control. Nevertheless, her attitude made it all easier to accept. A dose of holiday spirit, and we moved on. It isn't horrible, but it Llü sure isn't what they advertise or what they charge for it. I won't be back unless I find myself in desperate need of a small, dated overpriced motel room with an oven.

Check-in time was 3 PM. Called the front desk around 2:40 if my room was ready and they said yes. Checked in at the front desk around 3:30 and when I got to my room, it was not ready. A cleaning staff was still wrapping that up. Tried to take a shower this morning before checking out, the shower was not working at all. Didn’t have time to complain but this was not acceptable. The staff at the front desk was friendly.

Customer service was great! I had to switch rooms halfway through my stay when I realized the AC wasn’t working, but the lobby staff was super accommodating and moved me right next door for an easy transition. The new room’s AC worked great and the rest of my stay was wonderful.

My girlfriend and I left with tons of ant/bug bites on our legs and body after only spending two nights there. There were ants in the kitchen, the shower, and even the bed. The lighting was poor, the shower was small and spilled water over, the AC unit did not work very well, overall I would not come back as I am highly highly disappointed and frustrated.

This hotel is in the college district. It is cute, we had no safety issues and there are a lot of restaurants and some shopping close by. There was a small little breakfast, waffles, toast, bagels and oatmeal. It was not bad but no proteins other than hard-boiled eggs. The only thing I did not like about this hotel was that it is pretty early 2000 outdated, like there was a dvd player and the suit was a lil smaller than what i normally get. Over super minor stuff, i would stay again

The room was really clean and didn’t smell at all. The staff was really professional and greeted us when I got to the desk. Awesome hotel to stay at. Had one problem with the stove leaking gas but overall stay was excellent.

Well, I was laying on the bed and looking at my computer I realized there was a insect walking across the computer keyboard found a insect is full of bedbugs. And into the night clerk, he said he couldn’t do anything he would talk to the manager in the morning. I left my keys at another hotel.
