帕拉娛樂場 Spa 度假村(Pala Casino Spa and Resort)

My experience traveling to the ****** was terrible! The number of cars and other vehicles on the freeway was unbelievable. This was on Thanksgiving Day! Worse that I’ve ever seen. Now for my stay, it was the best room and related facilities offered, including professional services and booking. The ****** was filled with fumes from smoking customers, but this was to be expected. Otherwise, everything else was clean, well maintained, and available. I wish the Buffet was opened, but best wishes I can only pray for. My dinner was good except when a person is used to their dinner Mom used to cook don’t match, it can be a little disappointing. However, the final outcome was satisfactory. I would do it again. The travel returning home was better because I left early 5:30 a.m.

This place was awesome. The room was very large

Our first room was right next to the parking garage. “Mountain View” was all concrete with car alarms going off multiple times. We moved rooms the second night and the room was much quieter. Neither room has a bathroom fan, hot water was very limited. Restaurant was good, staff were nice

Everything was exceptional besides the fact that the Spa was closed and no jacuzzi/ hot tub no buffet.

Great stay. Pala is wonderful, however the windows need to be cleaned. There are such lovely vistas, it a shame not to enjoy them.

Check in is at 4pm but we weren’t able to get to our room until after 5pm. Also I paid for a room facing pool and was given a room facing the mountain.

Friendly hotel staff. Rooms are extremely spacious & very clean. The hotel grounds are beautiful, offering an outdoor space to sit back & relax while enjoying the amazing mountain views.

the hotel itself is very nice the room was beautiful, the woman at lobby check in, doesn't know how to smile... we ate at the sports bar and at the cafe and I would give the food a 5

The room we booked was very nice and large. We had a nice view. The bed was comfortable. We were there off season because the pool, spa and several restaurants were closed. There was no housekeeping service but they quickly brought us towels and extra coffee pods when we called. I liked the non smoking area of the ******.
