品質飯店(Quality Inn)

This Quality Inn San Bernardino was horrible. It has been the worst place that my family and I stayed in. This place should be closed down and remodeled. My room smelled of smoke for a non smoking room.

This place is disgusting. ***** being done and dealt out of multiple rooms. They didn’t even try to hide it. The room was filthy, the hallway had dirty diapers and vomit most of the day and all night. This place should be condemned. Most of the stairs were so dilapidated that they were blocked off. All of them should be blocked. The rooms don’t have things they should. Ice bucket, the fridge and microwave were filthy. They seem to thing running a rag with bleach is cleaning. Then to top it off, I was told to leave because I have a cat. The check-in person knew. Both of my animals are service animals, so they discriminate also. I told them this this morning and was still told to leave.

For the price not too bad. A little rundown but what do you expect for the price.

El lugar esta en muy mal estado, le falta remodelacion etaba el cuarto sucio y cuando fui a pedir cambio de cuarto el chico de recepcion dejo una nota que volvia pronto y por mas de 40minutos no llego. Las toallas estaban sucias y el telefono estaba desconectado, la alfombra sucia y las escaleras por caerse viajo con una persona de la tercera edad y las condiciones de acceso muy malas solo me dijeron que no habia mas cuartos y tuvimos que caminar mucho. No incluia desayuno cuando en la app si lo incluia y solo fue por eso que escogimos este lugar. En resumen muy mala experiencia, el servicio al cliente muy mal me cobraron 50 dolares de deposito y ninguna garantia de satisfaccion. Por favor no vallan a este lugar.

En la página menciona con desayuno pero llegas y el restaurante está cerrado , los pasillos con alfombras súper asquerosos pero las habitaciones muy bien y el servicio de las recamarístas son excelentes , la alberca impecable , saludos
