Todo muy bien, apesar de no dominar el idioma, fueron amables y pacientes respecto a la comunicación que tuvimos con todas las personas que estaban en el turno, limpio, solo falto que limpiaran más días el cuarto, de ahí en fuera todo excelente

Bed was comfortable and the room was not noisy at all. Staff was very helpful and breakfast had a wide variety of hot and cold choices. The Texas shaped waffles were really tasty. I forgot a charger in my room and called the front desk to pick it up on my way back through. They had it waiting for me when I returned.

The room had a horrible stench and in the morning when we woke up, the toilet was clogged. It was backed up from other rooms. I asked to be contacted by the manager when we left because she wasn’t there that morning but she never reached out. Never staying there again

Check in was fast. We were greated by April at front desk. Made us feel at home. All staff very friendly and courteous. Sure helped , we had a long drive and needed a good place to stay. Clean and family oriented hotel.

Well, I reserved a King suite. I checked in and went to my room only to find it was just regular double bed room. I went back to the front desk to explain the error. I was told there were no more King suites but there would not be a extra charge. I wouldn't think so since I had already prepaid for a King suite and downgraded to a regular double bed room. My room had 3 decafs and only had 1 regular. April did promptly bring me extra regular coffees. For some reason my refrigerator decided to defrost itself in the middle of the night so I woke water all over the floor. Also there was no blow dryer in the room.

I've stayed at this location a few times. The staff is always great. The rooms are average, but I like the location and the price is right. In this case, the room was a bit lower than normal due to missing the desk chair only to receive one in poor mechanical condition. Floor were clean (fresh wash) but the walls were not - something (food?) on them in different locations. The bathtub could not be filled due to missing the stop. The truck traffic that parks on the entry road is hazardous. I would like to see that situation addressed.

Check-in was a breeze, and finding our room was even easier. The room was spotlessly clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, making the whole experience enjoyable. The only hiccup was waking up to find that the elevator wasn't working. Luckily, being on the second floor with minimal luggage made it a manageable inconvenience. When I asked the front desk about the elevator, the staff member shared her concerns about its noises and vibrations, showing genuine care for safety. It was a refreshing display of honesty, especially when some hotels might keep it running until the last minute. The staff was friendly, and breakfast was a highlight. One thing worth noting, though beyond the hotel's control, is the road leading to the hotel. Deep potholes could pose a challenge for sedans. Typically, you can navigate around them, but as the road is shared with a Love's gas station and semis often park on the sides overnight, you might find yourself having to tackle the potholes at times.
