Our stay was fantastic. Michael, the valet was extraordinarily helpful with information and details and took care of our bags and car. Amy at the front desk was extremely helpful getting us set up and giving us information. The room staff was attentive and very thorough with their work. The library was a great place to hang out have coffee and relax. We spent Christmas night dinner at supper, which was excellent. The bar was fantastic. We will be back. The Curio was a great place to shop and had a whole bunch of interesting gifts.

Emma fell a little short this trip. Seemed it was an extraordinary busy weekend with many outside visitors present in the hotel be it due to the weather, holidays or the bowl game. Seems the hotel needs to figure out whether they want to cater to their guests or to the outside visitors coming in for a look.

Loved hotel and staff. Very unique experience with great food all around. I will for sure return. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy or in need of anything. The room is very nice. A must try is the Emma drink and read its story

Forget about the Riverwalk, stay at the Hotel Emma in the Pearl. You can visit the Riverwalk one day, but there is more than enough to see and do in the Pearl district and the Hotel Emma is one of a kind. The hotel is so unique with its amazing bar and lobby, but what stands out is the service. Both friendly and efficient, this is truly a professional team. There are a number of restaurants and bars in this area so you can walk everywhere. The rooms are extremely well done and comfortable, and fit the decor of the hotel. There is a private library where only hotel guest can go and enjoy a drink or a good book. And the gym is well appointed. San Antonio is a great city, and the Hotel Emma makes it better. While there, enjoy their specialty cocktail the "Three Emmas", but make sure you learn the story as well. While not inexpensive, its worth it!

Beautiful hotel. All the staff was lovely and the hotel itself was so interesting and unique. We borrowed bikes from the front desk and rode along the riverwalk which was a lot of fun. The pool was open even during chilly February days and it was nice to sit in the sun. The gym was well-equipped and not crowded. Bath products in the room were lovely, banana muffins in the library, bottled waters everywhere, turn-down service with little treats - so many extras. We had a wonderful stay.
