Great experience. Very stylish and good location near St Paul Square restaurants. The staff was very polite and attentive. Everything is brand new and they have a bar and coffee shop inside. Rooms were well appointed and very comfortable.

I was very pleased with the 2 Queen Deluxe beds. The room was very nice and clean. I would definitely recommend staying here. Book non smoking and if you smoke. Smoke in your car or outside. There is a $25.00 per pet fee for pets which is nonrefundable and that's understandable and reasonable. Breakfast is the usual waffles, cereal, etc. At least it's something. If you prefer a grand slam, take yourself to Dennys and buy it. If you purchase the deluxe room you have a coffee pot ( the one in my room was missing a tube so it didn't work), the fridge and microwave worked great and I reported the coffee pot. Guests should always report issues. If you do not report issues then they will not be corrected so instead of writing a nasty review. Report the issue. Give the hotel a chance to correct the problem. That is all have a good day.

Restaurant staff are great! Pepe, Ragen, & Acension . Did not like handicap rooms, as there is not enough desk space to work, and the bathrooms are made for handicapped persons but are limited for non handicapped persons. Front desk staff were great, except managerial staff kept changing week to week, which became awkward when trying to resolve a problem. Area is a concern, with homeless panhandling. Not safe to walk or jog, so gym is the way to go.
