Like: The room was nice. VERY nice that it had a full-size refrigerator. It was very convenient to the major roads. The air conditioner did a good job of keeping us comfortable in the hot July weather. Needs improvement: The "Marshmellow pillows" were much to be desired. The first set of towels were thread bear - old and almost worn out... and we were only given one hand towel and one washcloth for two people. When we asked for additional towels and another hand towel and washcloth, that set was MUCH nicer, bigger and much better! The "pretend" scrambled eggs were really undesirable. The biscuits, hashbrown potatoes, ham and waffles were really nice. I had a hard boiled egg on the second day, which was much better than the artificial scrambled eggs.

There was some confusion at check in. I did not have a reservation. It was not a busy time, and the hotel had a room available. I did get in a room and my stay was very nice. I felt safe., the facility was clean, people were friendly. I would have liked a water option at breakfast.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The staff was extremely friendly from the moment we walked in until the moment we left. Easy check in and out. Room was very clean and comfortable. The decor is beautiful. Breakfast was amazing! We will definitely stay again.

Excellent staff, but filthy place, foul odors everywhere, dirty floor, the room was in bad shape. The TV wasn't working; the curtains were filled with dust. One of the bath towels had lipstick stains, and the coffee maker was dirty and practically unusable, and more—bad experience in general.

First, I requested an accessible room, didn't get one. My husband needs grab bars for the shower, so he was unable to use the shower. The room we had was all the way down the hall from the elevator, for someone with limited mobility that's an ordeal. Second, the mattress was hard as a rock and the pillows were like bricks.

Friendly staff ,breakfast was awesome loved the lady that fid breakfast amazing biscuits and gravy!

The breakfast lady was very helpful and friendly. We have stayed there before and decided to stop in again because we loved her.

Uncomfortable. The beds are relly hard. And honestly the only reason I pick let's hotel was because they served breakfast, I have too young kids that we're not gonna wait until 9 am to eat. The breakfast did open later than I expected and one of the two days they didnt serve it at all.. They should also clean the coffee pots better. I was scared to use it just because of how dirty it was.

This was very convenient for our family reunion. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating.
