I really have a great experience staying at here. All the facilities are pretty good, even the food for breakfast taste decent. The staff especially Dewi is very helpful. The room is clean! I would choose Ibis for my next occasion staying at Samarinda.

Mawar, Gama, Devi, Ian, Fara sangat memberikan pelayanan yang baik dan ramah, makanan dan minuman sangat worth to buy, the best experience and the best view in skyhouse! Good ambience and really enjoy the view!

One of Best Hotel in town, It needs a lot of improvements in its facilities if it wants to compete with other hotel. But over all its okay. Good service, Various foods and beverages on Breakfast time, easy acess to Shopping Center and strategic location

這是一處較舊的房產,但維護得很好,感覺非常豐富和優雅。我的房間很大,傢俱陳設得很好,牀很舒服。空調工作很好。大堂是一個非常舒適優雅的區域,可以放鬆身心。自助早餐非常好。步行即可到達薩馬拉琳達市中心的所有景點。有一個漂亮的游泳池,但我沒有時間使用它。我唯一的問題是房間裏有蚊子,不得不讓前台派人來噴,後來蚊子比較多,又要讓他們再噴一次,工作人員態度很好,很專業。

Well located hotel in the center of Samarinda, with nice and spacious rooms offering a beautiful view of Mahakam river. Extremely friendly and very helpful staff, delicious and huge breakfast choice (from Indonesian, to Continental and American, everything is covered). We were even offered a very convenient and tasty take-away breakfast since we had to leave very early in the morning before the official breakfast time. We would definitely stay again at Swiss Belhotel in Samarinda.
