薩爾茨堡加布勒布羅萊昂納多精品飯店(Leonardo Boutique Hotel Salzburg Gablerbräu)

We booked and pre-paid for this hotel but when we arrived we were advised they did not have a room for us. They told us they were ‘upgrading us’ & took us to their other property, the city centre hotel. They were rude when we arrived & it was definitely a downgrade not an upgrade. It is not in a great location & after booking a boutique hotel, this is more of a 3 star hotel used for large tour groups. I wouldn’t recommend the Leonardo hotels in Salzburg, we had a terrible experience

The location is amazing! Just 5 minutes walk to alt Stadtteil. Shower drainage was so slow, so We had carefully to take a shower. We understood that the hotel was renovated. But there were stairs everywhere! It was difficult to get to the reception because of stairs.

O hotel está muito bem localizado no centro histórico, possuindo fácil acesso ao transporte público e possibilitando rápidas caminhadas a pontos turísticos como a casa de Mozart, palácio Mirabell, etc. Quartos silenciosos, as janelas bloqueavam bem o ruído externo. Chegamos antes do horário do check inn e foram bem solícitos em nos possibilitar deixar as malas para conhecer a cidade. Pretendemos retornar a Salzburgo e com certeza retornamos a esse hotel.

One of the coolest rooms we've stayed at. We lucked out and got the very top of the tower on the 5th floor, so there was lots of windows and these tiny little windows near the floor looking down on the street below. Very close to Mozarts Wohnhauz and the Mirabelplatz. Breakfast was pretty good, wide array of options to start your day. L'OSTERIA below the hotel was a great Italian restaurant. The only downside was that the shower had pink "gunk" all along the bottom of the shower which made it feel slightly unclean. Would stay here again and highly recommend it! Get the Salzburg card, which allows free entrance to most museums etc. Free bus rides which is useful in Salzburg and the hotel is very close to multiple bus stops.

Hotel location is very convenient, clean and most of all the staff are very helpful especially Jocile at the reception. Although the Hotel is newly renovated and nicely decorated, they don't have phone available from your room. If you runout of facial tissues and shower gel/ shampoo, you need to get it yourself from the reception desk which is very inconvenient. The room temperature is always warm at night when the temperature outside is in 60 degrees Fahrenheit.
