Friendliest hotel employees. Just wondeful how they welcome you and take care of you during the stay.
The spa/pool area is wonderful and perfect after a long day around town. Location is great - a few minutes walk to the center of the old town, but located in a quiet area for a peaceful night. We have been here before and will be back again. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Fabulous hotel located near pedestrian Linzergaße. Main hotel has all facilities expected and they have a Residenz across the street where we stayed with lovely, quiet , ensuite rooms. Helmut on reception was friendly, efficient and spoke good English. Check in was great, highly recommend booking with breakfast included and do take your swimming gear as the pool & spa are a must after a days sightseeing.

Fantastic stay in our favorite hotel in Salzburg. Staff were professional, accommodating, and the room was excellent.
This is 4th time staying at this hotel - that tells it's own story - and we hope to return again. We give this hotel and staff 10/10 and only because we can't give them 20/10!!

This is my fourth visit. We are regular visitors to Salzburg and find that the hotel is convenient if you are driving in and out of the city. The staff are friendly and professional. Rooms are clean cosy and warm. The pool and sauna is an andded bonus especially in winter. We will stay here when in Salzburg. Thankyou

Das Altstadthotel ist ein sehr schönes und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Hotel. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und zuvorzukommend. Man hat sich richtig willkommen gefühlt. Die zentrale Lage war hervorragend. Das Hotel verfügt über ein Spa mit Pool und Sauna, was wir aber aufgrund unseres kurzen Aufenthaltes nicht genutzt haben.

Sehr gute Lage in der Altstadt,alles in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar,trotzdem ruhig,da am Rande der Fußgängerzone. Sauber,Sauna und Dampfbad bis 22.00 Hervorragendes Frühstück mit Lachs und Sekt.
Sehr hohe Räume,daher Zimner nicht sehr warm für meine Verhältnsse,vielleicht 21,22 Grad,auch nur dünne Decke.
