The Novotel Salvador Hangar Aeroporto best features are its location near the airport, newer facilities than most properties in Salvador, and it operates under the ACCOR hotel brand. Despite these advantages, I must report a unacceptable experience during my stay December 28th to 31st 2022 followed by deplorable managerial customer service in response to verified and documented service failures. I have reported these issues to my travel agency, my corporate travel unit, and my personal travel networks. As I discovered this property using Trip Advisor, I have decided to report this matter for the benefit of my fellow readers. I do not recommend this property for business travelers nor cultural tourism travelers (especially not those seeking afro-Brazilian tourism or those welcoming to the African diaspora). I share some reasons herein: • Unreliable Service: During my stay I experienced one major internet outage over six business hours, as well as minor room outages (less than 30 minutes) on each day of my stay. This hotel was advertised as catering to business travelers, but the hotel provided no updates when internet would be restored despite repeated requests. I did not receive any support to manage the disruption to my teleworking, and personnel were unable/unwilling to facilitate solutions (At one point, I was recommended to use the free internet of one of the shopping malls. Imagine carrying expensive computer equipment to what my taxi driver warned was a “high crime” area). Sadly, the ability of the reception staff to identify solutions was more unreliable than the internet service. • Poor Room Quality: This hotel advertises rooms of high standards of quality, and I am sure many receive good rooms. However, I received a room that was both substandard quality (bathroom sidings and interior furniture water damaged, door malfunction, refrigerator malfunction) and pollutted by the buildings HVAC exhaust being poorly designed, allowing exhaust to flow against rooms on the lower floor (high noise pollution noticeable when sleeping). I believe most guests do not have this experience, as the issue likely affects few rooms on the lower floors. However, when choosing this property, one must ask the question, how does the receptionist decide who receives these rooms which experience high dust inflow and high noise pollution (I have videos and photos available upon request). Why are some customers placed in quality rooms, and others assigned to substandard rooms (noting the hotel has standard room types based on bed requirements)? Why did this hotel property assume that one of their few afro-descendent customers would accept the worst room in the property? • Deplorable Managerial Level Customer Service: Upon checkout, a customer service representative noted my dissatisfaction with my hotel experience, and asked if I would be willing to receive inquires from hotel management the next business day. 酒店停在時間裏,幾年前就在那裏,住在一個非常好的房間裏,很好的牀,空氣,這一次有點喪,我留下的q房間不願,q傢俱他們叫做衣,或類似的東西,有 c老木香,桌子,子和附近的舒適TBM牀正在要求更新,空調還牆,不忍的音,香味不太好.... 作爲大鏡室裏的積極點,洗沒有問題,雖然洗區小......,我女朋友也很高興,子質量..... TBM冰箱已經值得交換了,但它工作... 游泳池和游泳池區已經被棄了,我更喜歡在海灘上一步走,PQ失望想在酒店游泳池裏放鬆,但是沒有條件,VC不覺得在游泳池區呆下最少的意願.... 早餐啊 只有接受......

法薩諾酒店是真正意義上的豪華酒店。中心位置的物業是一個宏偉的結構開始。所有地區都優雅但不是太正式的任命與休閒的成熟氛圍。屋頂泳池和酒吧區白天讓人歎爲觀止,晚上讓人着迷,相鄰的spa很小但一流。我的房間,一個初級套房無論以什麼標準來衡量都很大。它容納了一個美麗的指定地點,工作和睡覺區域,有一個精緻的浴室。硬木地板華麗,牀,亞麻和便利設施最高質量。燈光柔和,易於控制。我唯一的抱怨是淋浴的水溫只有涼爽。我喜歡別緻的員工制服,工作人員都熱情洋溢。我只在餐廳吃早餐,但自助餐美味。咖啡很棒。我認爲你要求薰魚而不是把它放在自助餐上有點奇怪。總的來說,法薩諾酒店符合我強烈推薦的世界級豪華酒店的要求。

一切都很完美。 9.5 級。要成為 10 年級,你需要在房間裏有更好的停電,因為陽台在日出時超級明亮。 我們衹有鎖有問題,因為卡無法打開大約 3 次,我們不得不回到禮賓部。
