The front desk service very slow, always has mistakes. The breakfast is ok and refill food is very slow either. Only has one waffle maker and over 4-5 people waiting. Take u 20-30 mins to get a piece of waffle

We spent 2 nights at the Fairfield Inn and Suites and would recommend it for anyone staying in the Salmon Arm area. It is a quick walk to shops and restaurants (approximately 10 minutes). The room was very well-appointed and although we were a little concerned as we were on the corner closest to the highway, we found it to be very quiet. We will definitely stay there again.

Overall a good experience. Breakfast was great! Rooms were clean and comfy. Lots of confusion at checkin and a higher deposit than typical was required. There was an issue with the inputting of my credit card and while I have holds attached they asked me to just repay everything with debit. I did not and showed the holds and left them to figure it out as they couldn’t release the holds. Payment issues I would hope are not the norm. For all other aspects I would absolutely stay here again.

Posting had it having a bar/lounge..it did not. Offered Netflix option..that didnt work. Attitude at front desk was indifferent. I will nit be staying here again.

Second time staying at this property this year. I appreciated the comfortable, clean rooms, good gym, and efficient check-in. The parking lot is exceptionally well lit, which I like to think deters car prowling at night.

It’s a very clean modern hotel. Parking is well lit. Front desk was very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast had many option and my kids enjoyed the waffle machine. I would definitely stay here again.
