Vinaybhai's Service was excellent From House Keeping Team other team of housekeeping also hardworking and polite. Food Quality Is Very Good. Restaurant Has Self Serving, if you ask to provide something which is not available in buffet pans or pending to refill in mid of your breakfast on the table then no one bother to serve you, that need to change. This is resort and they should give atleast basic amenities like Dental Kit & Shaving Kit but they charge separately for the same. They Even Don't Provide 2 Bottles Of One Litter Water Bottle Instead of that they provide 2 small bottles, that also need to change. Rooms are good and hygiene.

Bee Alert ..Not safe for Family..very bad experience for Mee in this hotel...so don't go for this hotel..all of you humble request plz plz...I am book this hotel few days ago...hotel management not corporate at all..very danjour place..so request you not book this hotel..ty

Very good hotel, location is also in center of all beaches in North Goa, nice place to visit, worth it to pay hear for your hotel it is great place to stay with family and couple, food is also very good and fresh, people hear are also talking with politeness.

Avoid this hotel. very poorly maintained, inside the residential complex, restaurant and food option are very limited. We had a booking for 1 week, due to service and maintenance of the hotel, we checkout after 2 days only and checked in another hotel. there are plenty of other option available with the same price but better hotels.

Stayed here for 2 days. Very comfortable place and located at a very convenient location. Entire north goa is easily accessible from here. Rooms are spacious and very well managed. The setup is like 1 hall, little kitchen and a bedroom. This makes it a spacious little apartment. 4 people can be easily accommodated. It has ample amount of parking space. They provide complimentary break fast which is so nice thing and also taste is awesome. I would definitely visit this place again on my next trip to Goa.

We had enjoyed our stay at this resort, liked the food and rooms are very specious can stay 4 people comfortably. All staffs are so helpful and very polite specially Lata and Preeti receptionists only had a difficulty in finding the resort..

Great place and services, Specially Bhagirath jana for entire cleanness responsibilities. He is promt and accurate for his task. Place is quite and away from the mob, great food food and enviroment. All prime location can be cover by walking.
