Un charmant petit hôtel, situé à la sortie de Ste Maxime (10 mns à pied du port et du centre-ville). Places de parking gratuites dans les rues alentour. Jolie végétation, jardin et piscine très bien entretenus. Mention spéciale à tout le personnel pour leur gentillesse et disponibilité. Excellent PDJ

I am absolutely mortified with this hotel and the service. We arrived late and beyond exhausted at the hotel after travelling all day. When we arrived the man at the front desk was beyond awful to us! We've never experienced customer service like this in our lives. As soon as I walked in and asked where parking was (let me add - I was very nice from the moment I walked in).... he told me to "just go look for it"... I was so taken back. Then after I showed him the email confirmation showing I booked on Hotwire, he charged me AGAIN!! He told me so rudely "You don't have a rezo!!! I cannot find it in my system! YOU MUST PAY AGAIN" . I could not believe what I was seeing!! I was horrified by the way this man was treating us. He screamed at my husband and I, and when my husband raised his voice back saying " we just want a room we are exhausted!!" he SCREAMED at him and threatened to kick us out. After he charged me again, he told us it will take a while for him to find a hotel room, taunting us. I honestly wanted to cry it was so bad. Im so disappointed in this experience.

Parfait pour une escale en amoureux, hôtel idéalement placé, possibilité de se garer à proximité. En partant de l'hôtel, on peut aller dans le centre du village ainsi qu'a la plage. Bon petit déjeuner, bonne adresse.

Got one of the most expensive room, had to change room as it had fallen baseboard, fallen light fixture, bandaid on trims, painters tape still hanging from beams. We changed room and on our last day, we had valuables stolen from our bedroom while at the beach and the way the director handled our complaint was insulting and despicable.

Nous recommandons à 100% cet hôtel . L’emplacement est génial : au calme et à 5 min à pieds du centre ville . Le personnel est au petit soin , nous avons manqué de rien ! Merci vraiment à vous tous . Nous avions la chambre vue sur mer , whaou magnifique . Allez y les yeux fermés !

Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel faisant partie de la chaîne Best Western dont je suis un inconditionnel. Les chambres sont à l’image de l’enseigne, propres, confortables disposant d’une literie agréable. Seul point négatif la salle de bain dont nous disposions était un peu petite, malgré le fait que nous ayons opté pour une chambre supérieure, mais c’est un point de détail expliquant la note 4 étoiles. Quand à l’accueil nous avons eu la chance d’être réceptionnés par Maryline, une personne exquise que nous saluons et remercions vivement.

Un petit hôtel charmant, la chambre très propre, le personnel très gentil. Tout près du centre ville et de la plage. La piscine est très agréable ainsi que la terrasse du rez-de-chaussée. Le petit déjeuner était très bon. Nous reviendrons.
