Nearby attractions: Plages de Pampelonne 6 km, Port Grimaud 6 km, Sainte Maxime 16 km, Cannes 84 km, Nice 110 km, Monanco 134 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac de Sainte Croix 92 km. Hiking paths: Massif de l'Esterel 50 km. Please note: residence with electric gates. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Gassin, 6 km. Additional accommodations can be booked. All houses/apartments are individually designed/furnished. "Résidence Héraclée 1", 1-room studio 35 m2 on 4th floor. Practical furnishings: living room with 1 bed (80 cm, length 190 cm), TV (flat screen), DVD. Exit to the balcony. Kitchenette (4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Upper floor: (steep stair) gallery with 2 beds (90 cm). Balcony 5 m2. Balcony furniture. View of the sea and the swimming pool. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, extra). The apartment was not cleaned before handover

You can see, unfortunately, the lack of any investments by the owner, from year to year it is getting worse. Broken balcony doors, broken shower pours on every side, lack of any cleaning products. Not to mention the dilapidated wall on the terrace for yea

Extraordinary view of Saint Tropez, this is what makes this apartment so charming. In addition, the residence is quiet and well maintained. The apartment is very functional although period. A small flat on the cleanliness however. The bedding is very comf
