Pendant notre séjour de 9 nuits aucun ménage n’a été fait une seule fois, nous avons dû demander pour avoir des serviettes propres, j en ai même acheté .. A notre arrivée le bain était dans un état lamentable, sale, je prenais ma douche avec des sandales. Bref pour la propreté on repassera..

L’hôtel était bien et tranquille. La propreté aussi. Les déjeuners étaient très ordinaires. Je ne sais pas ce que les américains trouvent au coffee mate. L’hôtel est loin de tout. Nous sommes allés à Clearwater et ça m’a coûté 75$can de stationnement. J’aurais dû payer un hôtel plus près et plus cher

Dirty rooms, refrigerator froze all our food, poop under the bed. Asked for housekeeping… they never came. Neighbor very loud all night. Slamming doors. Fighting. Expensive laundry machine fees😟. Only nice area was the pool.

I didn’t like any of it. Booked for 7 nights and left after the first. The amount paid for one night was then converted from $70 something to $190 something. That one night was not worth $200, I will be contacting the 800 number to get refunded because it IS NOT SAFE TO STAY AT

It would be considered a crack MOTEL. I give props to the cleaning staff, you can definitely tell they did the best they could do with what they had to work with. Also, the sheets were clean. The front desk employees were amazing. The "Hotel" was aweful, hanging smoke alarm, you could see the light/space under the door, fridge racks, tub surround rusted, burn marks on the toilet lid, doubt the filter on the old AC has ever been changed, the bed was a discount, cheap old spring mattress that was well used, no cushion, something permanently lodged or burned in sink drain. This is at very best a 69.00 motel, yet due to Spring break (guessing) it was 140.00....no fn way would I ever stay here again. I'm not rich and have definitely stayed in some interesting places as I was growing up, but noooo way.

Lot of security features around the property which was unusual. Although it seemed like a nice area, it seemed akeare to go through so much security during at lobby. Breakfast wasn’t great. Just some mini muffins and snack bars to go

We stayed here as it was close to Pinellas Park. It was a very disappointing stay for the price we paid. We will start with the smell of the room, it smelled like a Indian Pakistani convenient store. When we asked for additional pillow and a blanket. There were no extra pillow and the blanket was so old l would not have used it as a pet blanket. No coffee maker in the room which was a surprise as this place is an extended stay hotel. Cabinets were old and chipped. Shower had no pressure and was impossible to shut off, it was still leaking. Breakfast consisted of two coffee mashines in the front office (Coffee was good)but there was only a choice of old packaged small muffins and two types of older crumbly cereal bars. I would not call that breakfast included.

The pictures didn't exactly match the room, but I was pleased with how clean the space was.

Never!!! outdated small cramped room Just an uncomfortable feeling of dread. The suite was not a suite at all Old rusted outdated stove no one would want to use very old too large microwave sitting on top of the table

Room was clean and staff were very courteous. Free breakfast (to go) was dissapointing especially since it was a key reason for cost savings with our hotel selection. Also dodsapointed there wasnt a fitness area like other extended stay facilities we have stayed at.

It was good for the price, staff was friendly. Just wish there was more accessible dining around.

Rooms smelled, AC smelled. Changed rooms multiple time and checked out after one night and moved to another hotel.

This place is a disaster! The staff is snarky and rude, they don’t do any housekeeping, they tell you to bring your dirty linens to them to get clean ones. The furniture is disgusting and falling apart, the curtains are greasy and crusty at the same time (HOW DOES THAT EVEN HAPPEN?) and when you tell the manager, her response is “you are free to leave whenever you want”
