海灘明信片旅館(Postcard Inn on the Beach)

Only real complaint is the front desk attendant Steve. Being the only person in line while the other clerk was helping a customer in-front of me instead of helping me check in he decided it was more important to run around talk poorly of his other co-workers and do busy work. While waiting patiently he finally greeted me after standing there for 20 minutes that he would “be with me soon”. After waiting another 10-15 minutes he was ready to “help me” if you would even call it that. He started the check in process couldn’t remember my name after he asked three times what the reservation name was under walked off twice without saying anything and then would come back and ask the same questions finally the second time the front desk manager stepped in and finished the process as well as offering two free drinks I’m sure because she could see the frustration in my face. Was a horrible start. Although Steve ruined the beginning of the stay the hotel and amenities and rest of the staff were amazing, so friendly and on top of things. Loved the location and set up of the hotel!

Great atmosphere. Nostalgic hotel with a fun pool area with easy beach access. No need to bring beach towels. Towels are available at the pool for use for the day. Will definitely go back.

Always a great time at PCI. Kids love it too.

Place was as I expected and love everything here…great location and lots of fun there for a get away or for a family vacation. I would def come back again

We arrived after midnight, but we had called to alert them of that. The room we reserved wasn’t available, the hotel said this happens a lot with Trip.com because they overbook and there aren’t enough rooms. Luckily they had a different type of room available, but we had requested 2 beds and wound up with only 1. We requested a rollaway bed or air mattress, and extra bedding. We were told he would bring something up to us, but he never came back, no one answered the phone and the front desk was abandoned.

Cute old 60s motel renovated into a quaint boutique hotel Super friendly staff Easy check in Loved the wristband room key Pool area was nice even though we didn’t use it. Would definitely stay here again

I booked this hotel because of the location near the beach. The beach and location was great. I would not stay here again because we felt it wasn’t up to date or very clean. The lobby had this bad smell when walking through. The room was fine but the bathroom was awful. Bathroom was outdated small, old, sink wouldn’t drain, dirty, no sink soap. The cleaning people came in our room and made our bed by just taking the comforter and throwing it over the bed and left the dirty sheets In a ball still on the bed. They took our used towels and didn’t give us new ones we had to find them and get new ones. Overall this hotel is fine if you’re in high school or college going on spring break. Not a nice clean hotel for me and my husband.
