唐塞薩爾飯店(The Don CeSar)

We have been going to the Don CeSar for 15 years. We like to refer to this as “our place“. We absolutely love it. The beach is not crowded and the beauty of the Pink Palace is unmatched. We have noticed over the years that some things have changed for the better, and some things for the worse, but overall, the  integrity of the Don has remained intact. Highly recommend!

The Don was fabulous for NYE! While the resort was fully booked, it never felt crowded. The beach and pool accommodations are lovely. I had a massage at the spa which was also great.

Sono andata in questo hotel dietro consiglio di una guida. L'aspetto dell'hotel è molto bello e ricco di storia, è un vero e proprio simbolo a St.Pete. Purtroppo peró siamo rimasti molto delusi in primis dalla camera, troppo piccola considerando sia il prezzo che l'esclusività dell'hotel e anche gli standard americani a cui eravamo abituati. Il bagno era davvero imbarazzante... non potevamo usarlo contemporaneamente ma solo a turni. L'accoglienza è stata fredda e ci sentivamo solo un numero.. al ristorante il servizio è stato pessimo. Abbiamo chiesto un espresso e ci hanno dato il caffè americano dicendo che era espresso. Piscina piena di gente tutta ammassata e zero silenzio. In spiaggia non si potevano aprire gli ombrelloni e ci siamo scottati. L'unico servizio ottimo era il concierge. Heidi è stata davvero gentile e disponibile. Per il resto, non ci tornerei.

A little disappointed with the interior design and furnishings, considering it is a historic hotel. Also, no tub, and no jacuzzi by the pools. Overall, a nice stay and good hotel, but not exactly what we were expecting.

Poor in many ways. Toilet paper was like tissue paper. Awful small bathrooms no grab bars. Very poor food and selection of food Beach and pool great. Bathroom at pool only cold water no not water. And door stuck had to kick bottom to get out of the bathroom and sign said so ! Ridiculous . Very expensive. For what you got. Positive. Great staff throughout. Friendly helpful. Very disappointed overall. Also were told when we arrived “ concierge won’t be here till after 530 pm tomorrow. “ Sad for an “ elite “ hotel. Would never recommend
