Showed up at the hotel for a reservation made through a third party site, only to find it had been shuttered and the phone was disconnected. Called their sister property, but they were of no help, saying the company was experiencing some issues with the pandemic and was in bankruptcy. After three weeks of haggling, I was able to get Mastercard to reverse the billing, so all is good on that front, but the property should probably close their website and not lead people on.
