The experience was great the front desk manager was very helpful at the time we checked in.

Location was good 20 mins from downtown St. Louis. The lobby is pretty and was very clean. The pool is nice but I would stay away from the hot tub as it seemed to have a layer of dead skin floating at the top of it. The room itself is really nice and very clean it is a great stay for family or a solo get away the rooms look exactly like they do in the photos.

The atmosphere is great every time here

First look at the hotel was ok, but as soon as we entered the elevator, there was strong smell of vape. Room smelled very bad, we had to ask for room spray from front desk. Toilet sink was clogged and it took several minutes to drain the water. Toilet bowl was shaking and making loud sound. Even the sheets and towels had stains. I have pics if you want. Breakfast buffet had cereal that smelled bad and bread and bagels were dry. Overall this is the worst stay we have ever had. It doesn't even deserve 1 star rating.

Nice lobby. Fun pool table in lobby. Good breakfast. Nice warm pool but floor around pool is very rough on the feet. Worst thing - No outside ventilation in room. Room gets smelly after a day or two of no outside air. AC unit does not allow outside air. Bathroom doesn't vent well. Desk drawer torn up.

Hotel rooms need updating, hot tub out of service, smells like mildew on the top floor. Also service from front desk and housekeeping lack in a big way. For instance I left my child’s blanket ( if you know you know) and they can’t tell me if they have it and it’s been 3 days. Have left messages with front desk, both shifts and housekeeping and never hear back about it from anyone.

The rooms were average but over all acceptable.The free breakfast they offered was a joke out of all the hotels I've stayed at that offered free breakfast this was by far the worst one they didn't even have jelly for the stale bread which would have been ok if the toaster had worked they had no cereal,the oatmeal they had was pre made very thick and gross and nothing to fix it like milk or brown sugar ECT.the only thing they had to drink was warm orange juice and cold coffee.they had no cream or sugar for it.they did have some hard unriped fruit.they had hard stale mini muffins(wheat) gross.so on the website it said you could purchase breakfast it showed menu and prices so when I tried to order that option was not available but can't really complain to much as I guess it was free lol The hot tub was broke out of order ,the coffee pot in room was dirty,dusty,and moldy looked like it hadn't ever been cleaned in years they don't tell you ahead of time that they lock the side doors at night and your key won't work had to find out the hardway went out to my car about 2am and couldn't get back it had to walk all around the building to get back in which was bull#### isn't that why they give you a key? But other then that for the money it was ok
