We arrived at the hotel around 11am to store our luggage before going on a tour but the hotel was able to check us in with a different room type, which we gladly accepted. Thank you!

Save your money
Shower drain was closed and rimmed with grossness. We had to open the drain and run hot water before we showered. Bathroom floor had hair in the corners. Coffee maker was too dirty to use. We called vallet and were told 10 minutes to retrieve our car, we waited 25 minutes. Fire and Water show was broken all weekend, most of the attached restaurants and bars are only open Thurs-Saturday. I overpaid for this hotel as I thought the attractions would be worth it and was severely disappointed with our experience. It was dated, unclean, and lacking in dining options.

This property has great potential but everything about it was average. The room had empty tissues and lotion upon arrival. There were ants in the bathroom. Staff did not go out of their way to welcome you or share noteworthy events/highlights/features. Food was super average. It kind of felt like no one really cared to create an experience or delight guests. A management and hospitality refresher, some menu updates and a few improvements could take this hotel to a destination vs an accommodation.

We stayed here for the actractions advertised on their website. For the price it was a bit of a let down. The staff was exceptional and very helpful. Our room was fine but nothing special. I could probably find a room double in size 10 minutes away from the inner city. Parking was confusing and finding the main entrance was a joke. We looked forward to the fire/light show they strongly advertised on their website but they no longer have fire and it lost the attention of our kids after 10 seconds with just the lights. The rides were expensive. We rode the Farris wheel and carousel. We did love eating at the shake and burger place. We very much enjoyed the laser show in the main hall.

Upon arrival we discovered ants in our room do to m&ms on the floor … mini fridge was froze over had to request a replacement (took almost six hours to arrive) elevator's were intermittent. It’s a cool hotel with history and close to attractions, need to deep clean the entire facility.

Not worth it.
Very crowded but whatever. Lots of events in town. Huge hotel with only 3 slow elevators. Room was small and crowded. Supremely overpriced and on top of that, there’s an additional fee for almost everything. Would not recommend.

We enjoyed the property, the great options surrounding the hotel and the pool. The pool was great. We really loved how it was heated. We had a small problem with the TV in the room not working properly. We called the front desk and someone came right away and fixed it.

$50.00 for parking after paying $500.00 for a night to stay. And then we get to the room and we have no tv remote and called they sent one up didn’t work,staff said they were gonna go find another one after 30mins I went down to the desk and they told me he is trying to find one and still haven’t had a remote for our room after an hour.

It was a lovely place. But each building was on different floors. For example the lobby was on the 3rd floor but parking won he mezzanine. I our room was on the second floor which was up a floor from the third floor lobby.
The sink didn’t drain well. It took 20 minutes for it to drain after I brushed my teeth. The tv didn’t work and our room phone didn’t work because it could no longer charge.
It was expensive to have so many problems.
