I would like to explain why I am happy about the service and cleanliness.
On the first second day of my stay AC broken, i asked them to fix the issue, just processed without fixing it. i was also unhappy about cleaning a room the second day i asked reception still no cleaning my room.
I am not happy with the services and amount of money I paid .

「We loved our overnight stay at the Aaron Causeway Hotel. Our family room was clean and spacious with three proper beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower. The room had a large kettle, tea, coffee and biscuits were provided (fresh milk on request). We had dinner in the downstairs restaurant which was very good , a kid’s menu was also available. The breakfast was great with many different choices and good coffee and tea.」
