Very nice motel. Clean with good facilities and a very good breakfast. Well worth the money we paid.

The hotel was nice. Was in a good location, clean and had friendly staff. Breakfast bar had good options, although the seating area was small for the number of guests enjoying breakfast. Only other complaint was apparently our room was near some very loud guests who could not shut a door quietly. Constant door slamming starting in the early morning and lasting throughout the day into the night. Not sure if it was kids or what, but very annoying. Otherwise the hotel itself was great.

The hotel far exceeded our expectations!! Staff was very friendly (Lacey was the best!!) and the property was extremely clean. Right on the lake with fantastic amenities. Free hot breakfast was good too. Perfect location away from busy Mackinaw City. This will be the only place we stay when visiting in the future.

Check in was quick. Room views were great. The room had spider webs, black bugs, and some other kind of flying insect. There was dust all over the room. Front desk staff in the morning was rude. Lady said they cant help bugs in the room. I tried telling her my daughter had bite marks from one of the bugs. Told her there was also a lot of dust. She didnt care. Breakfast was good though.

Our room smelled like urine and the noise from the floor (lobby area) above us kept us awake starting at 1:00 am. We have always stayed here in previous years but this hotel has really gone down hill.
