A comfortable stay, and friendly staff. However, there is a function room / wedding venue just opposite that can be heard into the early hours of the morning. Even when I requested to moved to the other side of the hotel (graciously accommodated), I could still hear the party. Not a great nights sleep I needed.

My only complaint is that the Restaurant was not fully open as it was early in the season. Meals, other than breakfast, were served in the bar and the menu was limited to the standard bar menu which had limited choice. However, the food eaten in the bar was fine.

The Best Western is located in a great area of St. Helier, however, I was thoroughly disappointed when I was there. First off, I went to St. Helier during the summer (while Europe is having its heat wave), and there is no air conditioning there. I was dying in the heat. If I opened my windows, it did nothing.
Secondly, the stairs are super creaky. So I could hear every single person that was walking past my room (which was located at the beginning of the hallway. Thirdly, it was super tough/confusing to find my apartment (which I got the hang o during my last day).
Otherwise, not the best hotel to stay at, especially during the summer.

If your goal is to stay in a dated throwback to 1970s Skegness, stay here. The rooms are swelteringly hot with no air-con, the decor is awful and totally worn out and the service is mediocre at best. And it cost £355 for two nights. I will never stay here again.

Dated hotel where i didn't sleep due to traffic noise and banging doors. Breakfast was dreadful and all this for £125. I wont be back 👎

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is perfectly located for the main area of St Helier and I was there for both work and leisure and was ideal for both. The food is nice in the bar and there was a good easy access car park. The hotel is however quite dated and the rooms could do with a freshen up.
