「This is without a doubt the most posh hotel in NB. It's very elegant and provides the service of a 5* hotel and has the activities of a resort. However, our room was not well maintained. Many electric outlets were impossible to use, they were wonky and loose. One if the pillowcases hadn't been changed. In a hotel where the ambition is so high, even the broom closets should be impeccable. It advertised as dog friendly but a 50$ charge is added for the dog. Might I suggest providing at least a few dog enabled rooms for that price? They could have dog beds/treats or at least a bowl for water at that price. The other unpleasant surprise was a resort fee that remained hidden until check out. The price of the room was already well above all other hotels in NB, and making that fee a hidden charge is unacceptable. If you need to charge more, show it in the booking price.」
