聖奧古斯丁歷史區羅德威汽車旅館(Rodeway Inn St Augustine Historic District)

Das Hotel war für unseren kurzen Aufenthalt okay. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Leider war vor oder hinter dem Hotel eine Nachtbaustelle und die war extrem laut so dass wir in der ersten Nacht fast nicht schlafen konnten. Dafür kann man aber dem Hotel keinen Vorwurf machen da die Baustelle nichts mit dem Hotel zu tun hatte. Ansonsten war der Weg in die Altstadt auch nicht zu weit.

During one of the day shifts, the front desk woman was rude, short worded and rolled her eyes when I entered the office. She was also the head housekeeper and when I asked for them to refill the complimentary shampoo and conditioner which needed a special key to refill, the bottles were hung on the door handle of my room and completely unuseable and nobody knocked on the door so i found them hours after housekeeping was gone. They also did not restock the essentials such as toliet paper prior to my stay so i had a quater roll for the first two days until I spoke to the evening desk woman who was the most helpful, friendly person and received the toliet paper. When housekeeping came a day later they ignored the bottles and did not replace them so they sat uselessly on the bottom shelf of the bathroom cabinet. Everything else was amazing. The other staff were personable, polite, friendly and are the major reason I plan on staying again. The facilities are secure, comfortable and at the center of St. AUGUSTINE.

Property is average, floors were dirty, and our feet were black when we got in the shower after just walking around the room. They made our bed but did not change the sheets. Other than that it was about what we expected safe room to sleep in with cold AC. Nothing great nothing bad.

Overall good value for money. Nicely renovated old motel. Could use some towel hooks in the bathroom and somewhere to hang up clothes. No closet or hangers

The staff was very friendly, the beds were comfy and the sheets were clean, but there were three different cockroach issues throughout our stay, loose floor boards and a poorly plastered hole in the wall.

Is quite..clean but we found cockroaches on 2 rooms ..they need to fix the rubber that going around the door to block 🚫 all insects

Wir waren nur eine Nacht dort. War alles super. Würde ich jederzeit weiterempfehlen.
