Road construction at King St and A1A required a detour to the property for unfamiliar travelers. A new over-water restaurant is under construction directly across from the hotel… wouldn’t be so awful for rooms located further from the street, but rooms on the end of the u-shaped property are exposed to the noise starting as early as 6am! Still, I’d stay here again after the construction ends.

Convenient location very close to main area for restaurants, yet it is located a few blocks down, where it was more quiet. Ample parking. Room was updated. Picturesque marina across the street. Near hop-on, hop-off bus stops. Decent breakfast plus the hotel offers free food daily for happy hour. Only negative was that there was no elevator to get to 2nd floor rooms.

The person who checked me in asked for my service animal papers which is ILLEGAL! She also asked if the dog was a Pit Bull which the service animal was not present. She broke ADA guidelines! The hotel room had marks all over the place. Not clean. There is green (mold) on everything in the bathroom and sink area. Also there was a 2 inch roach in the bathroom...
Trying to add pictures however the app isn't allowing me to do so.

We enjoyed the Bayfront Inn a great deal. The location is perfect to be able to walk everywhere. Everyone there was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast is great and being able to get bottles of water during stay was great as well. We will definitely be back. The size of our room was great as well!

The staff was so friendly and helpful. The bed was super comfortable and the location was very quiet. We walked everywhere. Lots of good restaurants nearby. The hot breakfast served was amazing. Eggs, sausage, fresh fruit, cereal, pastries, etc. Definitely will come back.

Had a wonderful time. The bay view rooms have a lovely view of a new restaurant that has been under construction for a couple of years. But, this isnt the fault of the hotel. Very good restaurants and attractions are within walking distance.

I would stay at this property again. It was easy to access, room was clean, and the staff was beyond exceptional. Close enough to walk to historic district.

A very sympathique person at the reception.
Very clean. God bed.
And a we can park our car by the hotel.
Because we are late for breakfast we couldn‘t eat all edibles.
All other thing are okay. Thank you very much.
