Zimmer waren sauber und für einen Zwischenstopp ausreichend, Frühstück war selbst für amerikanische Verhältnisse leicht unterdurchschnittlich

Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Zimmer war sauber, jedoch etwas ungeschickt das Fenster vom Zimmer im Erdgeschoss gegen direkt an den Pool. Fenster konnten nicht geöffnet werden. Frühstück war typisch amerikanisch, aber in Ordnung. Bad war sehr klein, der was liegt offen im Schlafbereich. Toilette und duschen konnten mit einer Schiebetür abgetrennt werden. Vom Hotel ist das Stadtzentrum in etwa 30 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

La estadía súper bien, excelente me encanto. excepto por que deje unos artículos personales y cuando llame para q me los enviaran a mi dirección y ya se habían perdido llame muchas veces y nunca me ayudaron a solucionar es lamentable

El hotel está bien . Acogedor y bien tranquilo. El desayuno estuvo bien , un poco pequeño el espacio del área del desayuno .el único inconveniente fue que no me hicieron el servicio de limpieza al segundo día de mi estancia. Por lo general buen lugar donde hospedarse

The soap dispensers don’t work for any of the shower, hand, shampoo or conditioner pumps. There was no breakfast one morning because the person didn’t show up. Ran out of coffee, black tea and hot water the next morning. The toilet paper holder was not installed properly so the roll flys off when you turn it. The quality of the tv is terrible. The upgrades made over the last couple of years are shoddy. Sadly no one seems to have inspected the work during construction. Disappointed in general. Overpriced. Bring back Sleep Inn.

Room was remodeled beautifully. The plumber did not do a good job installing the shower handle and unfortunately scratch the nice tiles. The toilet paper holder was not properly attached to the wall and eventually will fall and crack the wall and floor tile. Our stay was great, these little things is for the management to view as a friendly note. The lady’s at the dining room was great and hard working but the man was looked in the little room by the refrigerator on his phone. The manager was amazing, running around making sure all is well and even cleaning the tables are dining room while the guy was looked in the back. Will come back again, everything was good and we thank you got a beautiful mini vacation in St Augustine

Breakfast area a bit too small and Breakfast items took too long to get filled up once's empty. We booked a double Queen since we arrived with 3 Adults. In the room we saw that the sink was actually in the bedroom which was a no go for us. So therefore, we tried to change it to a double Queen with a complete extra bathroom. The receptionist told us that this was not possible. Luckily Ms. Tashay Ingram was also at the reception and about to leave. She took her time, walked us to another room and asked us, if this would do... we all were happy and we were assigned to this room instead. During our only 2 night's stay, we saw Ms. Tashay a few times and she was always so friendly and kind...she is such a nice Lady! Thank you!

They just renovated and looks great. The bed and pillows were comfy. The free breakfast had good options just closes a little too early, at 9:30am. The pool was too cold for us but the hot tub was nice and hot. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Enjoyed the nearby local food options. Walking distance to The Amp.
