海灣卡薩布蘭卡旅館(Casablanca Inn on the Bay)

La localización es excelente, pero el cuarto no fue lo que esperaba, comparado con las fotos del web. La localización del cuarto me sentí parte de la cocina con la entrada y salida de los empleados y área de descarga. El aire de ventana sucio y un ruido horrible todo el tiempo. La cama full (súper pequeña) y lugar incómodo para incorporate a la cama me di varios golpes con las esquinas de la cama. El lavamanos tapado, el grifo roto, adicional pise el borde del la entrada del baño y tiene clavos altos (no puntiagudos pero se sintió en mi pie). Todo el lugar te sientes como apretado, tiene muchas cosas grandes en un lugar pequeño. En el tiki bar deberían tener picadura. En la mañana en el restaurante, el desayuno bueno, pero los vasos y cubiertos sucios y manchados. Tuve que pedirle al mesero cubierto desechables. Nadie me orientó a donde estaban los jardines ni nada. Solo supe donde estaba la barra y las mesas del restaurante. Eso si los tickets por la estadía buenos. El parking queda lejos.

El cierto no fue lo que esperaba, se que tienen un concepto antiguo, pero no significa que esté sucio. El lugar muy incómodo y pequeño. En el restaurante vasos y cubiertos sucios. Los pedí desechables. Lo único bueno la localización y los ticket para los martinis gratis y el desayuno.

Great location, liked that there was a bar and breakfast served there. Staff very friendly. Will stay there again

The hotel itself was ok, service was great. Martini bar was not good but breakfast was great. The issue I have is not being able to park our motorcycle which means we were unable to use it as it was on our truck.

If you try this place, make SURE you do not get room 3. It's in the bottom corner of the main building, and it's lierally a hole in the wall. Tiny, windows are whited out (so now view of anything), and a sense of drab. I asked for another room & they accomodated me, thus the 4 star rating for staff. Though they had to put me in room 8 for the 1st night & Room 29 on a different property the next. P.S. Do NOT take room 8 either. It was indeed an upgrade from Room 3. Much larger and roomier, and on the 2nd floor. The bed, however, squeeled with every movement..... Not much romance happened our 1st night there.Not to mention the noise comming from the Tiny Martini patrons until 1PM. The following day we switched to Room 29, which is across the allyway in a sections called "Secret Gardens" It started out to be rather quaint & quieter. The rooms are newly decorated & cleaner. Little did we know that things would get louder & rowdier later in the night. There's a live music venue 2 doors down that hosts liquer and loud music... again not much in the way of romance nor sleep. So we decided to check out around 11pm, and head home where we knew we could get a good nights sleep. All I can say is, unless you're a die hard partier, stay somewhere else!

Room rate was unbeatable considering location, parking, and amenities! Will absolutely look to stay here whenever we're in town!

The Inn is charming. On site bar is lively and nicely decorated. Bartender was attentive and martinis were good. Parking is off site, but they have a spot to pull in to unload. Rooms are spacious. Beds are comfortable. Receptionist was very friendly. Great location. I’d stay here again

Amazing staff and perfect place to stay while in st Augustine. Will only stay here anytime I visit from now on. Couldn’t has for a better overall place.
