it was good but room has full of lizards and as they mentioned providing fee breakfast with my delux room but I didn't get any thing I'll waited till 12 noon but no one came to gave the breakfast..... poor service I didn't suggest any one to stay there

Did not check in. Since non refundable booking unhappy. If make my trip refunds 50% will be happy. Awaiting a fruitful response

Zero management , amenities are not available & iron table is not available this is my very bad experience

The hotel looks okay and decent in the pictures but the reality of it is far away from it, the rooms are not clean, the bedding is also not upto the mark no proper hygiene is being maintained.

Quality of room not good as per price. Also food was so so. However it was my first visit to sagar and i don't have idea of quality of other hotels.

Staff was good. Reception and kitchen was super active on every call. Provided good service, good food and on time. Aminities were good. Place is too calm. Manager is very humble and cooperative

I dont recommend this hotel. But if only want space, then u can come here. Room very dirty. Linen were very dirty. Bathroom is as big as the room with bathtub and all, but very dirty and tap and closet flush was leaking all night. Bathroom gutter was block. Only thing i like in the room is that they are very spacious.

Everything thing is just awesome. Hotel staff behavior was good and room hygiene was perfect. Overall experience is very good.
