It was great! Very polite helpful and accomodating staff. Its amazing value and low key tranquility and calmness is what keeps me booking here, im never disappointed.

My only beef the AC unit needs a good wipe down a bit noisy AC unit but that actually help me sleep. Be prepared for lots of trains but I stayed from 25-30. It was good to see Sabinal pd patrol the area..

The attendant was not at the location, I called them and had to wait 3-5 minutes, she was nice and quick with the process. I hurt my heel with the metal bed base, there was a piece of metal, actually 3 pieces but I only get hurt with one, please fix that in room 15.

The place was clean, very clean. The place is an older motel that they are remodeling. The bed was comfortable. The problem was noise. It sits right between US 90 and a busy railroad. We are talking very close. The property is small. The boundaries are the highway and the rails. If the A/C had a constant fan selection, with the heat selected, it would have worked for the road noise.

Basically an ok place for the price paid. But the air conditioner in room 16 is still not repaired. Very loud when the compressor kicks on.

Overall very pleasant, nice friendly place. Pretty comfortable beds. But the A/C in room 16 was unacceptably loud. Really really loud, not just like a loud a/c unit, more like...just REALLY loud. I hope they fix that b/c it made it very hard to sleep and we look forward to visiting again next year, like we have in the past.

Great room and modern furnishings. Easy parking and check in and out.
