瓦爾德弗萊斯霍恩飯店(Waldhotel Fletschhorn Saas-Fee)

Se volete vivere un’esperienza fantastica immersi nella natura in un posto mozzafiato e allo stesso tempo sentirvi in famiglia, Waldhotel Fletschorn è il posto ideale! La gentilezza e l’attenzione delle persone traspare dall’inizio alla fine della vacanza. Struttura dell’hotel e servizi vari completano la rappresentazione di un hotel da favola ❤️

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo boutique hotel per 3 notti. L’accoglienza è stata ottima, la ricezionista Anne ci ha accolti molto calorosamente con un bel sorriso e ci ha offerto un aperitivo con un piccolo snack. Il proprietario Siegfried era sempre presente e disponibile e prima di arrivare in hotel ci ha inviato via mail le carte ospiti affinchè potessimo già approfittare di usare gli impianti di risalita dato che la giornata era davvero bellissima. L’autista Felipe che ci ha prelevato al posteggio aveva una gentilezza e simpatia ineguagliabili. L’hotel si trova a 20 minuti a piedi dal centro abitato, c’è da percorrere un bellissimo sentiero nel bosco per raggiungerlo, dove si possono intravedere camosci e scoiattoli in libertá. La colazione viene servita al tavolo, dopo aver compilato una lista di preferenze. La qualità del cibo si distingue subito, in quanto superiore allo standard. Dalla frutta allo yogurt la qualità era elevata. Consiglio di approfittate di cenare una sera in hotel, esperienza culinaria eccellente con menu di 4 portate, compresi acqua e caffè al prezzo di Chf 74.-, prezzo concesso agli ospiti dell’hotel. Il cameriere Nuno era professionale, gentile e divertente. Avevamo una camera superior, bagno moderno e minibar ad uso gratuito. Hotel con poche camere, prerogativa che ci ha permesso di sentirci coccolati e considerati come clienti e godere di relax e pace. Torneremo di sicuro 😊

Wir haben eine Nacht im Juli 2023 kurz vor Saisonstart im Waldhotel Fletschhorn verbracht. Nur zwei Zimmer waren besetzt. Das gesamte Personal - vom Servicechef über den Chauffeur bis hin zum Inhaber war sehr freundlichen und zuvorkommend. Alles hat bestens geklappt (Abholdienst vom Parkhaus, Führung durch den Weinkeller). Die Lage weit weg im Wald ist einmalig, der Standard der Zimmer gehoben und das Essen sehr gut.

La disponibilité et la gentillesse du personnel est à mettre en avant. L’hôtel se situe en pleine forêt. Le calme est incroyable.

Un vendredi soir et étions que 2 clients. Menu imposé. Le directeur était chef cuisine et sommelier. Malheureusement pour lui la nourriture n’était pas bonne, soupe au courge au vinaigre, risotto pas cuit, gambas douteuse. Le plat principale ok mais rien de ouf. Du coup nous n’avons même pas tenté le dessert.

Nous voulions passer un weekend gastronomique en couple ! Selon les avis, la cuisine est extraordinaire et très fine... (nous savions que Irma Dütsch n'est plus au commande, mais...2 poids, 2 mesures), Le site Internet nous faisait rêver avec un chef renommé, des photos et une carte proposant un menu surprise de 6 plats à 145.- Fr, Nous nous réjouissions ! Arrivé sur place, nous avions l'impression d'une GROSSE SUPERCHERIE, même d'une Caméra cachée ??? Entretien des extérieurs déplorable (nappes et stores déchirés, mauvaises herbes et tables sales...). Les plaques posées à l'entrée : relais châteaux, meilleures tables de Suisse, Gastro Suisse, 4 étoiles... sont mensongères (le Fletschhorn n'est plus R.Château) On a continué sur notre déception quand le patron nous propose la 1/2 pension : tomate mozza et wienershnitzel !-( et dit qu'il n'y a pas chez eux de menu découverte ! Mon mari lui a bien expliqué que nous venions là pour mon anniversaire et qu'il avait choisi cet hôtel à la vue de leur site internet ... et surtout il a téléphoné et on lui a dit OK pour le menu découverte ! (Il a bien dit que nous étions fâché et très déçu) Il a promis de nous surprendre et s'est confondu en excuses ... nous avons accepté ... mais n'avons pas du tout été agréablement surpris !!! Nous regrettons de ne pas avoir osé partir ! Un repas TRES MOYEN (steak minute, pdt rissolée, ... je passe les détails, trop long à expliquer) Par contre en complet DECALAGE : une cave INCROYABLE avec des vins allant de 65.- Fr à 14'000.- Fr. la bouteille (des prix différents de Fr. 20.- pour un même vin sur 2 cartes différentes, juste incroyable) Les vins les plus jeunes sont de 2011 (la cave n'a plus été renouvelée depuis) En tout cas pas de "petit vin" qui va avec la cuisine proposée. Il nous a fait la carte client pour avoir le passe de Saas pour les rabais de la station (remontées, parking) il m'a inventé un nom et une date de naissance de 10 ans plus jeune... (nous pensons qu'il a cherché sur internet une personne du même nom de famille de mon mari...sans se renseigner, il a décidé...) Si il n'y avait eu que cela nous n'aurions pas été dérangé, mais c'est le cumul... Par contre, il était tellement mal à l'aise, qu'il nous mettait mal à l'aise. Il nous a "upgradé" pour la chambre et nous a offert une bouteille de vin... mais... Est-ce que l'organe de Relais château et Gastro Suisse contrôle ce genre de tromperie ? Parce que le prix était quand même digne d'un 4* en Suisse. ! attention : le site internet ne relate vraiment pas du tout la réalité. Un endroit super joli dans la forêt avec un potentiel incroyable... TRES DECEVANT, DOMMAGE ! Fuyez ...

the stay was like in a Wes Anderson Movie, with the staff as special characters. Everyone was very sympathetic and helpful. Felipe the driver made the transfers fun. The hotel is clean, quiet a welcoming. The sauna, which is big, is also an amazing experience. Finally, the breakfast was delicious and fresh. We recommend!!!

Perfect from start to finish! After searching and checking reviews for a place to stay in Saas Fee, I finally decided to contact The Fletschhorn to make a reservation. When surprising my husband with an overnight stay for our Anniversary, it couldn't have been better. The friendly and welcoming service, amazingly delicious food, beautiful and comfortable room with a king-size bed, and the private spa area with sauna - truly amazing! Every special touch made for a wonderful experience. We were greeted by Philippe who picked us up from the car park and drove us to the ski lift - he is super friendly and personable yet professional. After we were finished the afternoon on the slopes, he picked us up and drove us to the hotel where he showed us where we could store our ski gear until morning. Anna welcomed us to the hotel where we were seated for a complimentary glass of champagne and small dish of locally sourced bread, meats and cheeses. She provided us with a menu to select everything we would like to have for breakfast the next morning as well as asking us what time we preferred. She then asked what time we would like to have dinner. Anna then provided us with the special five-course dinner menu, but I asked for the a la cart menu as well to see what other dished were offered. We were then shown our room which had a very comfortable king-size bed with lovely bedding, nice decor, beautiful views from our balcony and spacious accommodations. We got settled in and changed out of our ski clothes so we could enjoy the complimentary private use of the sauna/spa area that was reserved for us. After relaxing in the spa area, we got ready for dinner. Everything was flawless up to this point! We were greeted by Nuno who sat us down in the beautiful dining room. We were offered to select a wine from the wine cellar below where we chose a nice bottle of red wine that was recommended by Nuno. Although I was not going to opt for the 5-course dinner, my husband decided he was going to go for it. In the past, I wasn't a fan of duck or truffle, both which were part of the five-course dinner, so I was going to order off of the a la cart menu which had several options available - beef filet, salmon, prawns, pasta, etc. that I could have chosen instead. I decided to go for the five-course dinner - and I'm SO glad I did. It did not disappoint one bit. The dinner was fabulous! The food was delicious, the service was perfectly timed, the server was helpful and friendly, and we loved every single part. As for dessert, even though my husband was going to opt for his favorite, cheesecake, we were surprised to find out that the chef had made a special dessert just for us for our Anniversary that was beautiful and tasted wonderful! A perfect finishing touch to a five-star dinner experience! After over-indulging on such a fabulous evening, it was off to bed for a wonderful night of sleep.
