Step out the front door and ski down Sundog trail to Sunrise Village Triple or step out the back door and hop onto Bear Cub trail to access Bear Mountain! Guests will have access to use our 8 person private hot tub as well as our private sauna to relax after a long day of skiing, biking or hiking!Enjoy the amenities within the complex including indoor & outdoor heated pool (seasonal), sauna and gym. Guests also have access to the outdoor skating rink and xc ski trails (weather permitting). Free use of ice skates, puff hockey equipment, snow shoes, xc skies, poles and sleds!Trails are operated by Killington Resort and the Sun Dog Trail is dependent on natural snow fall and Killington's snow making capability. Please review their website for ski trail operation. During the early & late winter season ski/on ski/off is NOT available. In the event of any trail or lift closures no refunds will be issued. We recently replaced the sofa mattress with the most comfortable, highest rated one we could find.Enjoy the indoor pool, hot tub and sauna. Free parking Wi-Fi, cable and firewood. Fully stocked kitchen and 50” HD Roku TV. Extra large windows provide lots of natural light and beautiful mountain views. Walk to Snowshed or Ramshead lifts or take the free shuttle in the winter. It runs approximately every 15 minutes Friday-Sunday from 8am-4:30pm. The bus stop is at the entrance to the parking lot. Ski-home weather permitting. The sign for the Trail Creek ski-home trail is visible from the Snowshed express lift, by the fourth lift pole. Enjoy our spacious one bedroom unit located across from the Snowshed lift and next to the Killington Golf Course. The bedroom has 2 queen sized beds and there is a fold out sofa in the living room. After a day on the slopes or on the greens enjoy a home cooked meal prepared in our fully stocked kitchen or have a nice dinner and drink at Hops in the Hills also in the building.
