El servicio es lo peor que he tenido en un hotel, personal no calificado. Me mudaron de habitación sin notificarme colocando mis cosas y comida y zapatos en una cesta de mala manera

Empty hotel, no breakfast, no room service, empty marketplace, dark and gloomy

Muy mala atención, pésima limpieza, desayuno el Mismo todos los días y siempre faltaba algo

No tienen buen servicio la limpieza es mala y el desayuno lo mismo todos los días

Staff súper amable Check in súper rápido Muy bonito el hotel y habitaciones súper cómodas

I have stayed here multiple times and I love how clean this place is. One thing that was unpleasant however was that we were given one of those rooms with a door that could open into the room next to us if we were traveling with a bigger group. This door made it literally feel like the random people next to us were in the room with us. They must’ve been drunk because they were being so loud and were throwing up which was VERY unpleasant to hear. I was also woken up by them at 5:50AM. My boyfriend was also not happy that there was a skylight in the room directly over the bed with no shade on it as this woke us up due to the sun shining in our eyes. Not the best experience. We got stuck another night because of the snow storm but decided to stay somewhere else for the night.

Experienced blackout, elevator breakdown, irresponsive and rude staff at the hotel. Also the hot tub uses massive amount of bleach that will ruin your swimwear. They’re always out of towel for the tub.
