「Great location for my purposes, and accessible for the south side of Glasgow. Great parking and a guaranteed parking space. Staff are very friendly and some areas of the hotel have been recently modernised to a high standard, but upgrade is in process. Great value for money and breakfast buffet is a good selection for everyone.」

「All in all was a comfortable stay, a plus on the breakfast staff so friendly and hospitable. Breakfast was very good, hearty and warm. Only surprise was I had to pay again at the front desk even though I already did online upon booking. Yet to be resolved by Trip.com customer service side. I hope it will be soon and I can my refund.」

「Great stay. Only down side I would say is that I booked the wrong day and tried to change the date but it wouldn’t allow me to. I then contacted customer service who reached out to the hotel. They didn’t response. So I had to make another booking. Not impressed with the hotels customer service」
