Service was great meals never served even tho i.paid for em.verry clean

From the first step through the lobby door, I was greeted with a smile from Dave! He helped me get a room that was central to everything and quiet. The room was clean and stocked with plenty of towels and it was cleaned everyday by a friendly, helpful lady. The washing machine, dryer were clean and worked great. The area outside the inn was well kept and they had picnic tables in a park setting. The pool area was clean and watching the water and the rain was very calmingto look at. I stayed there 5 days and I will continue to make this my home away home from when I come again.

The price was excellent. The room was clean and large and uncluttered. Check-in was easy and the customer service representative was very helpful: I couldn't figure out how to turn the cable television on and he immediately assisted me. I was traveling with a small child. Other families were staying there as well, so it was not quiet in my part of the motel, but it felt safe.

My stay was awesome, even thou it was only one night, I felt like I was welcome to stay longer. The young man that was there was very nice. He welcome my mom and myself. His customer service was great. I come thru Rusk, Texas twice a year and that is my go to spot. I thank you for your kindness, and your hospitality. Thank you again!!!!

We stay here at least once every 6 months or so. The staff is always friendly and informative. The rooms are always nice and clean.No complaints here. Keep up the good work.

Room was fine, basically good for workers that come from out of town. Our next door people were out smoking and smoke came in our room and from our ac kind of choking us out till they went inside. Bed really needs to be updated. Like sleeping on metal springs, and super flat pillows, also only 3 for a king size bed, for 2 adults. Overall the bed and pillows really need a major update

no heat in the bathroom, bed very uncomfortable, clean and convenient.

This inn is a great value for the price. It is clean and meets our needs. We come to town for the high school football games on Fridays.

Very good hotel— clean, friendly staff. Only thing negative was I saw a couple of crickets in the room but that is probably hard to control on a room by room basis.
