房間一切還不錯，出差晚上住宿可以的，衹是冬天沒有空調，白天太熱了，無法呆在房間，晚上則轉涼。

Hotel ubicado en pleno centro. Personal amable y dispuesto a brindar ayuda en lo que sea necesario. Habitaciones cómodas, disponen de frigobar, hervidor y aire acondicionado. Hay múltiples tamaños, si el objetivo es pasar tiempo en el hotel, recomiendo elegir una de mayor tamaño- Buena calidad de sueño. Recomiendo desayunar en hotel, posee una amplia variedad, alimentos de calidad y con oferta de productos locales, así como estilo americano. Destaco que posee gimnasio y spa en subterráneo.

We stayed at this hotel one night and we parked our car in front of the hotel We asked if we can park there and the receptionist didn’t say anything. In the morning when we wanted to leave we noticed that our car was missing and I asked the receptionist where the car was and she said that the car had been towed by the tow truck and gave us the address where to pick it up she saw that they were evacuating our car and did not notify us, we noticed when we wanted to leave. the receptionist was rude and non-professional and given the fact that we asked if it was possible to park or not, she didn't tell us anything.

Una calidad-precio inmejorable. Aparcamiento facil y gratis. Buen desayuno aunque creo que deberia de tener más productos dulces. Una estancia muy agradable. El centro esta al lado y puedes ir a pie a todas partes. Ruse es una ciudad muy bonita.

Hotel is great, location is perfect. The bad review is because they mislead us at first and lie to us eventually. We were a big group of people, all with cars. We asked where to park and the reception said it is absolutely fine to park outside on the side of the hotel ( even there is sign parking is forbidden). Next day we all had tickets from the police, when we went to us ask what is happening, Reception said they will pay the tickets for all of us so we left them there. They were not paid and some of us end up in a strange situation when changing documents in the future. It was a 10 euro fine per car, it is not a lot. But you can't misslead and lie to people...

Очень разочарованы отелем, окна наших номеров выходили на шумный ресторан, номера пыльные, хотя к постельному белью вопросов нет, оно достойного качества. Так же очень чистая ванная. Фото не отображают реальный размер номеров, мы брали на семью два отдельных номера, один из них был очень маленький - на фото видно. Завтрак очень скромный, несъедобная колбаса и шинка с костями - весь выбор мясного. Так же предлагают омлет и вареные яйца, два вида сыра, хлопья и молоко. На фото видно все разнообразие - скромный столик с едой на весь отель- остались голодные. Информация о бесплатной парковке - обман, так как на 30 номеров у отеля всего 4 паркоместа. Номер заказывали через букинг, бесплатный паркинг был обязательным условием, указанным в бронировании. Но нас отправили на городскую стоянку - где до 8 утра вы платите 3 евро и каждый час после - ещё по 0,5 евро. Кроме того добраться до этого паркинга сложно, центр перекрыт, сплошная пешеходная зона, навигатор теряется Из плюсов - только расположение- центр города

Lovely stay! I had a delightful two-night stay at this exceptional Ruse hotel. I stayed for two nights and had a great time. The room was incredibly clean, in an amazing location, the breakfast was perfect and staff were all friendly. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone wishing to visit Ruse!
