Room 129 right by the pool (which was dirty) so it was very noisy and impossible to relax during the day. Could also hear very loud stomping from up above. The bathroom is super tiny and you have to turn your body sideways just to shut the door. The shower lever to turn the water on is *****ped so you have to mess with it a lot to turn the water on and get it to the temp you want. Beds were uncomfortable and we had to kill 2 roaches that we saw crawling up the wall so we checked out early.

It started a bit bumpy since they don’t allow you to store your luggage if you arrive ealry before checking in and later my room was a bit deteriorated. There was a problem with the shower that could not be fixed and there were ants coming from the bathroom wall. They changed me to another room the day I notified the situation. The washer machine was not working and was never fixed during the 4 days I stayed there which was one of the things I evaluated before reserving in that hotel. They changed me tomanother roon and it was perfect and very comfortable, they clean the rooms every day, and provide free hot breakfast with several options. We stayed in other hotels in this trip and this was one of the bests.

The room was surprisingly nice. Clean, large and the bed was very comfortable. Comforters were soft and fluffy. Staff was very courteous and the free breakfast has a nice variety. The only negative was a good amount of rust in the bathtub but I would definitely stay here again.

The water pressure in the sink was horrible unusable to even brush your teeth let alone shave. Shower pressure was barely usable. Other than that it was worth the price.

Can I tell you that what stuck out the most is the customer service. I came and left with the feeling of luxury hotel customer service. In truth, this is a budget hotel. Did it knock my socks off? No. Did it meet every need while I was there for less than 10 hours. Yes. But the desk associates (when I checked in and out) were so nice and professional, it really filled any other gaps there could have been. Excellent stay.
