Perfect!

The property was well placed within the city. The room was comfortable. A pod style coffee machine was a welcome addition to the room. The shower was fantastic. Staff were all very polite and helped with any queries we had.

A deposit for the check-in is compulsory which is not the case in other hotels in Netherlands, the receptionist doesn't know how to process the payment, refund the deposit properly when making the check-out. We have booked 3 same type of rooms, but the equipment was not the same, there was not coffee machine in a room, there were one in the others. Also, the receptionist provided us 2 rooms at the grand floor which are quite noisy. It is better to not offer the rooms at the grand floor if the hotel really wants to improve the guests' experience.

Nice boutique hotel, quiet, comfortable bed. The only negative was the poor room lighting - too dark in bathroom and bedroom. You also have to have your own US electrical adapter.

Very rude cleaning staff, shouting and being very disrespectful. Not the friendly vibes you expect from a boutique hotel.

Très bonne établissement si ce n'est qu'il vous traite comme des voleurs ! Et oui par peur que vous ne payez pas vos consommations et autres services, cet établissement ne se contente pas de prendre vos coordonnés banquières mais en plus du prix de la chambre, prélève (débite) 100 euros de plus, que vous retrouverez quelques jours apprès votre départ ! Et oui alors que vous allez leur faire confiance pour une bonne nuit eux partent du principe que vous êtes des voleurs, que vous allez partir sans payer ! Je me suis senti réelement insulté.
