羅託魯瓦鄰近Hope Central-Indian Church的飯店

We stopped in one of the cabins overnight on our way down to Wellington. Staff were pleasant and helpful and all facilities that we used were clean. On the edge of Rotarua so you would need transport to get into the centre easily. We visited the redwoods during our stay and used the thermal pools on the site which were an added bonus. Would stop here again.

Lovely place. Good breakfast. Great massages. Rooms comfortable, light and airy. Great bed!. Hot tubs and pools were nice and the location is ideal....on the Lake and near the town - 10min drive...also 10mins from small airport and from the Mud baths. Only negative - the restaurant and bar were closed for 2 days!! this WAS not mentioned before we booked..so had to go out an find breakfast 2 days - not a real issue but better to be fore warned than to be surprised ! Service and staff was good. Friendly engaging and helpful. Manager was very good

I stayed here for two nights in May 2023. The hotel is located on the main street in Rotorua, about a 10-minute walk from the main shopping centre. Just up the road, about a 5-minute walk away, there are a couple of supermarkets. The airport is a 10-minute drive away. The hotel has plenty of parking. The room was very big with a small kitchenette, large bathroom, table and chairs etc. However, the room was showing its age and could do with an upgrade. Unfortunately the room was cold. I had the heating on but, given the size of the room, it took a long time to heat up. It was uncomfortable. There was no extra blanket for the bed. The wifi worked well. The service at the front desk was good. For what I paid, this hotel was good value. However, for my next trip to Rotorua, I would be prepared to pay a bit more for something warmer and more up to date.

What a great family friendly place to stay. All facilities were immaculate. Hair dryers in all bathrooms, trikes to ride around and playground for the kids. Clean swimming pool and spa pools. The staff were lovely. Syriah was incredibly helpful in finding accommodation for 3 family members who needed a room for the night. Totally awesome weekend at Tasman Holiday Park Rotorua.

員工們很友好很高效。地理位置相當優越，到羅托魯瓦和政府花園都相當近，走路就行。如果你不想在酒店餐廳就餐的話，離各種美食也很近。我們在這裏住得很開心，這裏的當地風光和文化表演我們也很喜歡。幾分鐘就能到一些主要景點（毛利文化村，纜車，彩虹泉公園）。

這是一家非常優秀的酒店。房間非常寬敞乾淨。牀很舒服。我們沒有使用溫泉或游泳池,但下次我們會來做更多的準備。工作人員超級樂於助人,早餐很棒。感謝服務。

The place was nice, but not as exceptional as we expected by others reviews. Things are a little worn in the room we were in. In the morning my wife went to use the spa/hot tub and after filling it with water she turned it on and it spewed out extremely dirty water. Manager said it was because the hotel was old. I disagree. - it simply needed a better cleaning. Use bleach and fill, run and refill the hot tub until it comes out clean. It’s not rocket science. They don’t offer any kind of refund but they did offer us a couple of candy bars and an apology.
